Rooms were clean and staff was professional and courteous. We checked in at 3:30am with no issues with multiple staffers at lobby and check-in desk for speed. Shuttle was right on time depending on time table provided. Breakfast was awesome with lots of options and fresh pastries and omelets made to order. They graciously provided late check-out since we had a shorter stay.

It is an airport hotel , so bit dirtier or noisier area. So maybe my 3 star on that is wrong . But the hotel is perfect as a functional for the need of traveling .

Fantastic hotel amenities wise and great location . Rooms well appointed and comfortable bed and pillows .
Downfall is the very poor service around the pool ( where we spent our day ) . Constantly trying to track down a waiter to order a drink then it took over 30 min each time to come . And the pool area wasn’t even that busy .
Also …. Every stop over hotel in Dubai iv stayed at ( and there have been many ) the bathroom facilities reflect the fact that people are needing to get changed there after spending time at the pool after check out and to get ready for the airport to go on shuttle . No shower gel , towels , blow dryer or anything. Very disappointing

I wait half hour at terminal for hotel bus.
Timetable said 2:00 am arrived.
Actual arrival time 2:15 am
Room is smelled.
A lot of noise closed by.
