Do not stay here
Pros:

It’s very poorly ran. Towels had stains or stuff on them, the AC is not on before entering the room so after a hot day and first day at the hotel the room is north of 80 degrees, low water pressure, service is very poor. You can hear people in your room multiple rooms down. Everything about this hotel is cheap. I will be skipping this one from here on out.

Pros:

Shelisa is the best! Our son left a very important item after we checked out. We called and Shelisa personally retrieved and saved what he lost. Excellent customer service!

Comfortable beds, hot shower, and a breakfast with a few healthy options.
Pros:

Cleanliness and comfortable bed. I always check mattresses before unpacking. The mattress was spotless.

SCREWED UP MY RESERVATION
Pros:

First all, the stay was great. Room was clean and the service was fine. The problem was with the reservation. I had to change my reservation to adjust the number of nights. I ended of being booked for both reservations. I tried to call about it, and I was not able to understand the gentleman who answered the phone. He said I would have to call another number but he gave it so fast and illegible that I wasn't able to write it down. When I asked to speak to someone else, he said I would have to call yet another number I could not understand. I finally disputed the charge directly through my credit card company.
