Pros:

Piscina fantastica (ma noi siamo sempre di corsa e non abbiamo usufruito appieno), parcheggio super, colazione luculliana, ambientazione da Gattopardo

Phenomenal service - wonderful concierge reception team!
Pros:

The staff at the reception concierge were extremely empathetic, kind, and helpful. We were travelling on our honeymoon after marrying in Umbria the week prior, and they kindly organised an end to end shipment of a gigantic suitcase that had my wedding dress and husband’s suit plus other wedding items all the way back to Australia. They went above and beyond to connect us to their team service who organised this with DHL on our behalf, and this took a massive (figurative and literal) weight off of us for our honeymoon. The suitcase with our belongings safely arrived back home in Australia. Thank you!!!

Other than this highlight, we found the room to be very comfortable, the undercover parking great, and shower of a great pressure. It was a great base for us to explore Pompeii and Herculaneum by car plus check out the Casserta gardens.
