The hotel was dirty. We were given a room that the clerks at the office knew the tv didn't work. We packed up and moved to another room where the tv control didn't work, they knew this too. The toilet paper holder was broken and the roll was stuck on half of the holder. Then the heater wouldn't work unless you turned it to 90 degrees, they knew this too. There were stains on the carpet. There was a hole in the curtain big enough to stick your finger through. The desk chair was broken.

WE WILL NOT BE STAYING AT ANY OF THE COMFORT INNS IN THE FUTURE!!!!!

It was very worn down and dirty, the elevator was super dirty with trash on the floor that was never picked up the two days I stayed there. Hair in the sheets and pillow, and in the bathtub. The guest staying in other rooms were loud and the walls were thin so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. This hotel is very run down.

drug addicts waling around, uses syringes/condoms in parling lot, no hot water to shower was worst

where do i start, the rooms are very small and run down, coming home from my function I had man approaching me asking to buy "ICE or METH", next morning i went to my car where there are used syringes and condoms in the parking lot (i have pictures if needed) then the worst part is going to take a shower in the morning and there was no hot water, a pipe has broke and im now unable to take a shower, theres NO MANAGER on site to talk to!!!! i then had to contact you guys who reached out and verified this, i also attached a letter from Blanca (worker) to send to you guys as i would like a refund, please let me know where this process is.

Listing says includes microwave. No microwave. Staff said some rooms do and some rooms don't have microwaves and they could not do anything about that. Housekeeping needs to clean out used coffee pods from coffee maker before next guest arrives. Facility beat up. Room carpets old.
