The walls are thin. I can hear the rooms around showering. Someone in one room showered and had the fan on for a long time. It was around 2 am

Grounds are well kept, plenty of parking

Cons:

Room is lit up like a Xmas tree from parking lot lighting, noise from hwy 101 , cheap windows . Smoke detector was covered from what looks like recent paint job

Everything was great. But even though I paid for my room in advance, at check in the charged me $100 fee. Which took all my money I had for food. There was NO mention of this fee when I booked the room or I would not have stayed there.
