We’ve stayed here multiple times. Staff always excellent. Breakfast great.
The manager, Jessica, is wonderful and very helpful. However, the housekeeping needs significant improvement. During my two‑week stay, the cleaners never replaced my bedsheets. I also had to request a room change—after repeatedly asking the front desk—because the air conditioner stopped cooling. I lost sleep and still had to go to work the next day. The front desk lady was kind, but overall, housekeeping standards must be improved.
Had a fantastic stay. Clean lobby, Clean room. No heavy scents covering up anything. Staff was friendly and attentive. Easy to get on and off I-469.
Jessica Howard made our experience here fantastic! Very hard working and caring person, the team was great, I was greeted as I walked in with smiles and a very clean lobby. Would highly recommend this location!

Beautiful area and easy to find.
The shower did not have anti-slip strips and nothing to hold onto getting in and out of the shower/tub. The toilet was low and not easy to get up and down on. There was coffee pods but no coffee pot. The door did not automatically lock when closed. I don’t usually ask for a handicap because the rooms I have always gotten at the Holiday Inn were accommodating for me and my mother.
The breakfast was delicious as usual.
They were friendly and the pool was perfect. Kept it nice and warm. The breakfast was amazing 👏
They got my booking wrong but worked promptly to fix it. Snacks were way too expensive 😩 key pad didn't work to pool

Breakfast was fine. I requested two queen beds but I think when I modified my reservation it changed to standard. When I got there I was initially put in a room with one king bed and a couch. But the manager was super helpful and explained what standard meant, and was able to switch me to a room with two queen beds.
Location was convenient for my needs.
Bathroom was not clean. I had to arrive after 3am and had to keep calling to make sure they didn't cancel my reservation because of their internal audit process. If I call once and tell them I can't be there untiuntil after 3am, that should be sufficient. I shouldn't be stressed about not having room that I paid for. That's why I rated my check-in as not great.

There was only 1 person working the front desk. There should have been 2. Pool lady was doing her best... she should have had help.
Water pressure was very low in the shower. And you need more accessible bars for entry and stability. Our beds were not comfortable.
