Pros:

Breakfast was fine. I requested two queen beds but I think when I modified my reservation it changed to standard. When I got there I was initially put in a room with one king bed and a couch. But the manager was super helpful and explained what standard meant, and was able to switch me to a room with two queen beds.

Ok probably wouldn't do it again
Pros:

Location was convenient for my needs.

Cons:

Bathroom was not clean. I had to arrive after 3am and had to keep calling to make sure they didn't cancel my reservation because of their internal audit process. If I call once and tell them I can't be there untiuntil after 3am, that should be sufficient. I shouldn't be stressed about not having room that I paid for. That's why I rated my check-in as not great.

Pros:

Everything was very clean
Breakfast was delicious. Nice variety.

Cons:

The pool was closed Not balancing chemicals right??!?
There was only 1 person working the front desk. There should have been 2. Pool lady was doing her best... she should have had help.

Water pressure was very low in the shower. And you need more accessible bars for entry and stability. Our beds were not comfortable.

The room was outdated. There was a sign stating they were remodeling.
Pros:

Staff were nice. Location worked for us.

There was an issue with cleanliness. There was a used needle and bottle of insulin in trash can.
