Small town hotel offers great customer service and comfortable stay
Pros:

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn many times and am greatly pleased with the service. When I called to book the room, I got the front desk and spoke with April. I was coming for the funeral for my sister. April remembered me from over a year ago when our family stayed there for my father‘s funeral. She offered condolences and was so supportive and kind and professional. She’s amazing! She even had a sympathy card with such a kind message and snacks for me in the room. Many others were instrumental in helping our family to feel welcome and provide good service. There was Shonna, Jessica, Jen, Susan, and the woman who was doing the breakfast one morning. She helped my nephew and his four children to get what they needed before she closed the breakfast area and even made them a goodie bag of to go items for their travel home! I don’t remember her name, but she knows who she is! Such caring and personalized service! Each employee was excellent!

Pleasant and restful
Pros:

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Jenn was fun at breakfast. Felt like we were being tended to by a doting family member! Everything was clean and we rested well. We would stop again.

Housekeeping needs to improve
Pros:

The manager, Jessica, is wonderful and very helpful. However, the housekeeping needs significant improvement. During my two‑week stay, the cleaners never replaced my bedsheets. I also had to request a room change—after repeatedly asking the front desk—because the air conditioner stopped cooling. I lost sleep and still had to go to work the next day. The front desk lady was kind, but overall, housekeeping standards must be improved.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Had a fantastic stay. Clean lobby, Clean room. No heavy scents covering up anything. Staff was friendly and attentive. Easy to get on and off I-469.

Fantastic Stay!
Pros:

Jessica Howard made our experience here fantastic! Very hard working and caring person, the team was great, I was greeted as I walked in with smiles and a very clean lobby. Would highly recommend this location!

Not as great as usual but clean.
Pros:

Beautiful area and easy to find.

Cons:

The shower did not have anti-slip strips and nothing to hold onto getting in and out of the shower/tub. The toilet was low and not easy to get up and down on. There was coffee pods but no coffee pot. The door did not automatically lock when closed. I don’t usually ask for a handicap because the rooms I have always gotten at the Holiday Inn were accommodating for me and my mother.
The breakfast was delicious as usual.

They were friendly and the pool was perfect. Kept it nice and warm. The breakfast was amazing 👏

Cons:

They got my booking wrong but worked promptly to fix it. Snacks were way too expensive 😩 key pad didn't work to pool
