Nice staff

The price for a one-night stay is ridiculous! The hotel uses the area's lack of hotels to its advantage. This is not a 5-star hotel or a resort by any means, so it should not cost $200 plus a night. The staff was friendly.

The only downside to our trip was the toilet was not designed for guests with knee problems. My wife is 8 months post op from knee surgery, and the toilets could stand an upgrade.

Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained; beds very comfortable. Breakfast selection was good; it would be better if turkey or chicken selections were offered since everyone doesn’t eat pork or beef.

The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Very helpful front desk clerk. Room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and great water pressure in shower. VERY good breakfast! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Shower was great! Water pressure good and hot water was great the whole shower! Comfortable pillows and covers! Sleep well! Nice area!

Nice overall however, the room had a humidity type smell.

I stayed at this property for a quick work trip. I noticed in my room, stains on the wall. The largest is where people have rubbed on the wall to get into one of the beds. There was a discoloration or bleach stain on a part that was blue was discolored to white. Cob webs in the corners of the room, one when you first walk in and another next to the desk. The furniture has water damage and is bubbling. The bathroom door got stuck on the floor so the door could not be opened all the way. The room had a foul oder. I heard everything in the hallway and in neighboring rooms. made it very difficult to fall asleep. I left for dinner and came back and my door to my room was open.

The pool area and the breakfast were bright spots. We enjoyed our time there.

The ladies that worked on property were so kind and assisted with our needs during the stay. The room was clean and breakfast areas were clean. The hotel was perfect for the occasion.

Room odor was disgusting, smelled like mildew / urine. Not clean. Nightstand was dirty. Will not be back. Carpet needs replacing. Libby in much better condition than the rooms. My advice, stay in El Dorado .

The stay was nice, breakfast was provided and the Hotel was quiet. Everyone was really nice.

I have stayed at the Holiday inn before , the people are always friendly.Harmony was great as usual.she worked her magic and got us a nice room for our stay .A sad occasion was made easier because of her,I look forward to going back on a better occasion.
