Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Äußerst hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal! Nach einer Fuß-OP meiner Frau hat man dafür gesorgt, dass wir den nächstgelegenen Parkplatz am Aufzug nutzen konnten.
Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

The friendly staff, location, the Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable, the water abd snacks at the entrance are very nice gesture.

Pros:

Een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, echt voortreffelijk. Locatie was ook goed. Het centrum was makkelijk te voet bereikbaar (ca.20 minuten). Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Very clean, thoughtful staff, excellent location.
Pros:

Thoughtful staff; water station as you enter was great during the heatwave. Room was exceptionally clean. I don’t think I’ve been in a cleaner hotel room in some 5 star hotels even.

Cons:

Shower temperature sometimes spiked hot.

Todo espectacular! Muy cómodo y lindo hotel.

Cons:

Todo estuvo genial. Está un poco apartado del centro pero eso lo sabíamos cuando reservamos. De todos modos se puede caminar a todos lados.

God beliggenhed og parkeringsmuligheder
Pros:

God beliggenhed i gå afstand fra Kolner Dom. Pæne værelser. Dejligt badeværelse. Rigtig god parkering i parkeringshus med direkte adgang til hotellet. Rigtig god morgenmad.

Cons:

Morgenmads restauranten var for lille til det antal gæster, som var på hotellet, men morgenmaden var god, og personalet var meget serviceorienteret.
