prima locatie en een goede prijs.
Pros:

Prima en compleet ontbijt. zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel> bij een klacht over een niet goed werkende douche kregen direct een andere kamer naast onze kamer.

Cons:

Was even zoeken waar de parkeerplaats is onder het hotel. De hoogte die aangegeven is voor het voertuig klopte niet helemaal zodat ik met mijn busje halverwege moest keren en uiteindelijk bij de cinema geparkeerd heb.

Pros:

Wir waren sehr Überrascht als wir ins Zimmer kamen und es so viele Aufmerksamkeiten für die Kinder gab. Vielen Dank dafür!
Lage war für uns perfekt. Waren bereits das 2. Mal in Köln und haben uns diesesmal bewusst für eine ruhigere Lage abseits der Altstadt entschieden.
Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das ein oder andere müsste in den Zimmern ( speziell Badezimmern ) repariert bzw. erneuert werden.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, het hotel was per auto zeer goed bereikbaar, goede ligging ten opzichte van het centrum, ruime en nette kamer.
