Hermoso hotel en Colonia
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y tienen vistas a un parque hermoso, da gusto abrir las cortinas por la mañana. El desayuno es buenísimo, con una variedad increíble para comer. Pero lo mejor de todo es el personal a cargo del buffet, que se destacaron por su simpatía y amabilidad para atendernos.

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, établissement calme proche de la vieille ville, environnement piétonnier et verdoyant très agréable, personnel sympathique et serviable, les équipements sont de très bonne qualité (sauna, literie, thé et café dans la chambre ..)

Entspannend und ruhig
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und wie gewünscht mit toller Aussicht. Das Bett sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Im Badeszimmer die Wand hatte einige Kalk Flecken ansonsten sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super wir konnten alles bis zur Hauptfußgängerzone zu Fuß erreichen. Es hat Spaß gemacht, in dieser Gegend zu sein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer glasstür hat bei jedem Öffnen und Schließen so geknackt, als würde sie gleich auseinanderfallen, ein echtes Nervenkitzel-Erlebnis. Beim Duschen gab es dann die nächste Überraschung: Plötzlich kam kochend heißes Wasser, ganz ohne den Mischer zu berühren, Meine Schulter und mein rechtes Bein wurden dadurch verbrannt.

Am zweiten Tag wurden immerhin die Betten gemacht, aber die benutzten Gläser blieben stehen und auf dem Holzboden stand noch reichlich Wasser, vielleicht ein neues Spa-Konzept?

Eine Kaffeemaschine war da, aber kein stilles Wasser… also bleibt die Frage: Wie soll man hier Kaffee oder Tee machen? Dafür gab es Sprudelwasser, immerhin. Und dann das Highlight: ein Paar Hausschuhe und ein Bademantel für zwei Personen. Romantisch gedacht vielleicht, praktisch eher weniger.
