This is my 3rd time here.because of sea . But every time I booked top floor but they gave lower.one of short lady every time in cashier so rude. They didn’t customer care anyway.managers ASAP SOLVE those things need to increase the business.Thanks

My stay was disappointing especially since I paid $270+ dollars for the night.

The receptionist was very kind.

Cons:

The entire room was very damp. The carpet was wet to my feet and wet carpet lint was sticking to my feet and shoes. The wooden/vinyl panel flooring was also wet and i had to be careful not to slip. Fortunately, the bed sheets and pillows were dry. I was worried that if the carpet is constantly wet, maybe I had to be concerned about mold under the carpet.

Su cercanía con la playa, sin duda es lo mejor.

Cons:

Que te retienen en garantía 50 dólares por cada habitación, lo cual modifica el precio que aparece en la app, aumentando el mismo. Esa cantidad se carga a tu tarjeta y te dicen que te lo devuelven al hacer el check out. Además te cobran 10 dólares por estacionamiento, el cual es pequeño

Pros:

Loved the view and the bar downstairs and others nearby for food options. Gift shop right next door was nice too.

Cons:

We had issues with booking. Our booking said a family corner suite but when we arrived they said we don't have that type of room avaliable. We did stay in a smaller room and they accommodated but it was a pain to switch out rooms as we had to put our stuff in our car and wait for a new checkin for the room we actually booked. I will say if it was over the weekend we would of been SOL but because it was a weekday we were able to get into the actual room we booked.
