Very comfortable, great location and excellent staff
Pros:

Location was great for all major attractions. Staff were exceptionally helpful

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved. Fresh orange juice, fruit for yogurt and Turkish coffee could be provided?

Overall we had an amazing stay at Grand Yavuz Hotel
Pros:

It is conveniently located near major attractions, including Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the room was very nice. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. They also arranged private airport transfers for us, which made traveling with a baby much easier.

A special mention to Umay from guest relations, who surprised me with birthday decorations, cake, and fruit in our hotel room—even though we hadn’t mentioned it in advance. Such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated.

Fantastic stay. Great value for money.
Pros:

Great location. Perhaps the quietest hotel I ever stayed in. Excellent staff, got a courtesy upgrade and came back to chocolates left in the room one afternoon. Amazing service.

The hotel is at a fantastic location, has great facilities, is super quiet, and we really appreciated the room upgrade.

All staff were super friendly, and a special thanks to Ms Umay from guest relations who went above and beyond to make sure we have a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay and would comeback if opportunity arise.
Pros:

Located in The Sultan Ahmet district, 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to Tourist attractions Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazar. Breakfast had a decent spread. Our room was spacious, nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed.

Guest Relations person at the Yavuz hotel, Umay Atalay made our stay very special. She provided great guidance, was caring and friendly. I would rate her 10 out of 10.

God beliggenhet i forhold til de historiske severdighetene. Masse restauranter i nærheten. Fint oppusset bad.

Cons:

Savnet skikkelig eggerøre/omelett til frokosten, god kaffe og appelsinjuice og godt brød. Lite påleggsutvalg. Dårlig internett i 4. etasje. hotellet har nok hatt sin storhetstids, men har potensiale. Gammel røyklukt her og der. Svarte ikke til 4 stjerner
