Highly upset
Pros:

Clean room

Cons:

Was woke up from my sleep by housekeeping continually banging on the door. I had the do not disturb sign up and was still there for a whole another night. It was not given a proper response after complaining to the front desk they claimed that it could’ve been some random guest in the hotel, which would be even worse.

I recommend to install selling fan. For fresh air because the air conditioner in the room super cold when it’s turned off it’s hot so I would like fan more the AC

Cons:

bathroom was dated and could use a remodel. Over $400 for one night stay in a hotel with not a lot of amenties is pretty expensive.

Great home base for Capitola fun
Pros:

Loved the pool and spa, excellent temp in both. Nice breakfast, clean and tasteful room.

We were there to visit relatives, and the room allowed us to do that in comfort.
Pros:

Room was good sized and well laid out, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom did what bathrooms are supposed to do, shower lacked maneuverability, no lack of hot water or water pressure.

Cons:

Overpriced, but what isn't these days. Hotel seems to have some physical plant issues, the elevator broke the first day we were there, fixed the next day. We received a message on the second day about the water being shut off, we were out at the time and water was back on when we returned. We were well aware of the movements of the family above us on our first night, but they left the next day. We never did figure out the channel system on the tv.
