Comfortable overnight stay. Easy walk to restaurants and a stroll along the clifftop path.
Pros:

Great breakfast. Room was on ground level away from the pool so it was quiet. Bathroom was spotless. Easy parking for our truck.

Hubby and I were very pleased with our stay!
Pros:

I loved their jacuzzi bathtub! It was nice to come back to the room after a night out and relax in a bath before bed! The complimentary Breakfast wasn’t bad either. A good variety of foods. It was clean and a good size room.

Cons:

Not really much to dislike other than yeah a little pricey and the checkout time is always to early lol

Perfect spot for our family visit.
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant, nd the free breakfast was teally good. We were having trouble with our AC (Our fault) and maintenance was there within minutes! Shopping nd restaurants were all within walking distance.

The property was easy to find, and it was very easy to park our car. The room was very well planned out, with a lovely sitting area and a separate bedroom.

Lovely stay in Capitola.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Enjoyed our stay at Best Western. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Aside, we enjoyed our dinner at The Shadow Brook , which is close to Best Western.

Cons:

Wish hotel had Capitola map-just a simple map. We found it difficult maneuvering to go towards beach and restaurants.

Pros:

Clean room

Cons:

Was woke up from my sleep by housekeeping continually banging on the door. I had the do not disturb sign up and was still there for a whole another night. It was not given a proper response after complaining to the front desk they claimed that it could’ve been some random guest in the hotel, which would be even worse.
