A good Place to Stay!
Pros:

Very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of that bed! I feel it is a bargain for the area. The front desk staff were all excellent and efficient at check in and check out. No problems with internet connection. The staff at the breakfast were hard working and accommodating. I would highly recommend this Best Western to anyone.

Cons:

No highrise toilet. For a Hilton affiliate hotel this is unacceptable!
Both the garbage cans in the room and the bathroom were tiny!
Bathroom mirror lighting insufficient!

Will stay here again
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, well located, self-serve breakfast was as good as as any corporate chain, the fresh berry cups were excellent. Nice little pool! No traffic noise. A short drive to Capitola Village. Easy access via various routes to Downtown Santa Cruz and the UCSC Campus (Class of '84). Mid-week rates are very reasonable for the quality. A great value.
