Excellent Stay All Around
Pros:

Great location for exploring Cebu City, with easy access to shopping and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the casino on-site was a nice bonus for evening entertainment. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The grand, colonial-style architecture gives the property a lot of character compared to typical city hotels.

Cons:

Nothing not to like, the stay exceeded expectations in every way.

Pros:

The staff were first class and a credit to the hotel. The Lobby area is superb just to walk around. I had pre concert buffet which was very good for the price.. Maybe some tortillas rather than rice.

Cons:

Internet was very poor,need an immediate upgrade. Room was very cold with aircon off. Could not work out problem. No instructions. No main light, only lamp and mirror spotlight. Became very dark at night.
