good services, atmosphere nice
The staffs are very accommodating, relax and approachable. Chef Low is very talkative and kind as he gave us free tikoy, Ms. Anj the receptionist is cheerful and helpful. The food is very good and its servings are generous. The venue is cold, clean and quiet and the music is relaxing.
The staff were very attentive and approachable whenever we needed assistance. Ms. Anj politely asked where we would like to be seated and gave us a perfect table. Ms. Ween took our order, Mr. Robert served our food, and Chef Low even gave us a special gift. All the staff were very polite, friendly, and accommodating. We truly appreciated the excellent service, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Had a great experience at Tin Gow. I love the classic old Chinese interior, it gives such a warm, authentic atmosphere. Their Char Kway Teow is easily one of the best I’ve tried in Cebu, flavorful and perfectly cooked. Also, special thanks to our waiter, Arvin, for the genuinely welcoming service and great recommendations. Kudos!
We arrive early evening, greeted by staff outside blowing whistle and when we asked for guests parking they had absolutely no idea, eventually after 30 minutes of driving around in circles whithin the hotel area, I asked my partner to just let me out and stay parked. He was approached by several staff asking for our room number, he explained we hadn’t checked in yet, to which they looked around for chicken 🤷🏻♀️once I was inside, after a security check ( no idea) I approached a concierge called Jude who help my partner find parking. A simple sign would be enough. 60 minutes later we got our room. Room clean, restaurant/bar nice , staff friendly. Slept and left the next day. You really need to have a sign for guest parking.absolutely ridiculous.
So great to have Italian food for the first time in months since I've been traveling Asia. I'm so full I can't write about all the dishes but the pizza, dry pasta was amazing. Char did above and beyond in handling all our questions. Rare to see this type of talent in the USA anymore.

I have stayed at Waterfront Cebu City many times before but on this occassion I wanted to extend my sincerest thanks and commend the staff that looked after my mother so kindly and warmly on our recent stay. I have stayed in hotels in over 50 countries and the staff at Waterfront Cebu City have been amongst the best, making my mum feel so welcomed. Curlis, Isla, Kim, Myra and Sofia in particular, were all absolutely exceptional, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and most importantly, enjoyable. Thank you enormously to these wonderful people for their exceptional warmth and best-in-class customer service. They are Waterfront's greatest assets. We are very much looking forward to staying here again.
