Not worth the money.
Pros:

Nah. The room is dated

Cons:

No running water for shower, because of a low water pressure. They wanted us to go to another room just to take a shower. We were in the 9th floor. Had to go to 5th floor just to take a shower. Mind you they claim to be a 5 Star Hotel

Disappointed in this hotel.
Pros:

The location is great and if inclined easy to walk to a lot of places.

Cons:

The hotel is heading to dilapidated. Carpets lifting, pieced together, pool walls covered in mould, the tiling around the pool was cracked and dangerous and the change rooms disgusting with partisan walls and doors literally rotting. When we got there they told us the hot water would not be available from midnight to 4 am but at 8 pm there was no hot water for a shower. They offered a bucket of hot water. Did not seem interested in fixing the issue just stated they told us on check in. The lobby is lovely but a deception.

Hot water was not available when we checked in. Hot water was only available at 6 am on the day of checkout. For the price I paid, I could not even take a bath before going to bed. Very frustrating

Affordable function rooms
Pros:

Its a Hotel and Casino resort in the middle of the City. One of the Hotel with the best location. Just opposite to Cebu IT park and where plenty of food shops and mall. Best venue to host wedding or birthday receptions and school graduation prom. Spacious function rooms and affordable. And good food too. Highly recommended.
