Horrible terrible horrible experience
Pros:

This establishment is fraudulent and they’re scammers and liars. I was to pay at the property according to my booking policy but the establishment charged my card at 4 in the morning on the day of check in, then they tried to charge me again plus an extra charge of $166.88 which I have no idea what that charge was for. I’m still try to sort things out cause I have gotten my money back.

It was a nice clean hotel and a very reasonable price.
Pros:

The mirrored wall, cleanness overall. Didn't have breakfast, so no opinion.

needed outlets to charge phone . Preferably by the bed. No Guide to TV.

Staff was friendly and I liked the room in the lobby where I could read while waiting a ride.
Pros:

The room was cool which was so appreciated on a hot day! Staff was available to welcome me and had made sure room was clean.

Cons:

I wish eggs (scrambled and cooked in the shell) had been part of the breakfast menu. And sausage would have been appreciated. I eat low carb and needed to skip almost all the food offered though others were satisfied. Coffee was good!

It was okay for the price.
Pros:

Front desk was friendly. Good location

Cons:

Bathroom needs to be cleaned better. The bathroom sink handle came off on the 2nd time using the sink. Went right back on but looks like it's missing a screw. Shower and shower head needs attention.

Hotel provided a good location with back roads to Grimes Iowa.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Would have been nice to have had sausage or bacon. Hotel was easy to find with close restaurants.

Cons:

Price seemed to be too high for not having a pool.
