這裡的員工很友善，並且樂意提供很多幫助。
我在入住期間需要熱水壺，他們馬上拿給我並且告知我可以退房後再歸還。
早餐很溫馨好吃，餐廳空間夠大，不會有擁擠的問題。
房間乾淨整齊，打掃人員非常用心認真。
整體房間被佈置的很有鄉村風格，我非常喜歡。
住宿位置離巴士站非常近，推薦要在托斯卡尼小鎮旅遊但交通以巴士為主的獨旅人士。

Cons:

一開始入住沒有找到方便讓行李拖上的電梯，一定要提到第一層樓才能到櫃台位置。

Stamattina mi è proprio dispiaciuto andarmene...
Pros:

Personale molto a modo, sempre disponibile a fornire suggerimenti. Stanze pulite. Colazione a buffet varia, buona ed abbondante. Posizione centrale, vicina tra l'altro alla biglietteria ed alla fermata del bus. Rapporto qualità/prezzo senz'altro soddisfacente. Consigliato!

Cons:

L'unico neo è che la stanza era un po' rumorosa (per questo il "voto" un po' più basso relativo al Comfort): si sente lo sbattere delle porte di ingresso delle stanze vicine ed il fluire dell'acqua nei tubi quando vengono azionate le docce (credo) di bagni adiacenti. Sopportabile
