Pros:

Location to BC stadium.

Cons:

As a hotel that funds those less fortunate, I think it is ridiculous that a single bed room with shared facilities would be over $600 a night. World Cup or not. That was not fair value for the price at all.

Great location, excellent staff, clean space, great views.
Pros:

I received a complementary upgrade to a room with a private bathroom. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive to our needs and they even booked us a cab in the middle of the night so we could catch our 7am flight on time.

The location is central to downtown and easily accessible by bus and train. My mom and I were easily able to get all across town using public transport from this location. There is good food nearby and the kitchen area has microwaves and hot water kettles for preparing simple foods and snacks. With our hotel upgrade, we had our own microwave and fridge in the room.

I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Ideal location
Pros:

Great location - very close to metro and bus stops. Friendly and professional staff. Clean and comfortable room and bed.

Cons:

Nothing . Shared bathrooms not ideal, but knew this when I booked. Didn’t have to wait for vacant bathroom.

Comfortable, spacious, conveniently situated and good value for money
Pros:

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and located on the 2nd floor. We had a fridge and kettle. The bathroom was spacious and easy to use (sometimes showers can be a puzzle!).
There was a spacious common area downstairs where you could sit while comtemplating your next move.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a lovely roof garden where you could sit quietly as well.

Cons:

We avoided the week of the World Cup but I guess the hotel's proximity to the stadium could have caused problems.

Cons:

需要留意的是，浴室設置在兩個房間之間，飯店雖然有規定淋浴使用時間，但如果隔壁房客未遵守規定，在深夜或清晨盥洗時，水流和管線的聲音會非常明顯，隔音效果較差，容易被吵醒。
