We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would do so again.
Pros:

The location was very good and close to many restaurants. The room looked renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were umbrellas available when we went out

The price did not include breakfast. There was coffee and tea and water available near the lobby.

Could not have been more pleased
Pros:

This is a great place to stay; not only does it support a greater cause as a social enterprise but the rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. I wish there was a Hotel Willo in every city and I hope that it remains an affordable option in Vancouver as it is in an increasingly unaffordable city!

A great, clean, comfy stay near everything you’d need to see Vancouver
Pros:

Perfect location for going to an event. Quiet rooms and very clean.

Cons:

Our premium room was a wee bit small. Bathroom sink is in the bedroom. Doors to nearby rooms very loud when closing A sounds like it’s your own room.

Overall I would still stay again
Pros:

The location is great if you are going to an event . The price was significantly higher then I have paid previously

Cons:

The parking situation is difficult but that is like most of Vancouver it is unfortunate that the hotel doesn’t have parking
