The accommodations were very disappointing.
Pros:

Location was great with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room had a dingy, musty smell. There was hair in the bathroom that was not ours even after the room was cleaned. The tub was stained. The baseboards were dirty and paint was chipping. I had to purchase lysol and a candle to curtail the odors.

Cons:

We checked in and they gave us keys to our room. When we got to our room, someone’s stuff was already in there. Come to find out they checked someone else into a room i already paid for. Mind you, our room was on another floor and all the way in the back of the building, so it was a lot of extra walking back and forth due to their mistake. They fixed it and Blamed it on the new system.

Pros:

This hotel used to be a nice spot right next to the mall. Location is great but it's outdated. First room we had, this moldy smell to it and quickly went to the front desk to change it. The replacement room was definitely beat up with chips on the desk area and then at 4 am had to use the toilet for the first time and the toilet had a slow leak. I had to use it again but decided to go downstairs to use the downstairs bathroom because I didn't want the toilet to overflow. So after using the downstairs bathroom, I went to front desk to let them know what happened and I asked for a plunger to unclog the room toilet. I tried three times, but it still was clogged. Front desk was helpful but this was an inconvenience. Hopefully the hotel will make the necessary repairs.
