This hotel used to be a nice spot right next to the mall. Location is great but it's outdated. First room we had, this moldy smell to it and quickly went to the front desk to change it. The replacement room was definitely beat up with chips on the desk area and then at 4 am had to use the toilet for the first time and the toilet had a slow leak. I had to use it again but decided to go downstairs to use the downstairs bathroom because I didn't want the toilet to overflow. So after using the downstairs bathroom, I went to front desk to let them know what happened and I asked for a plunger to unclog the room toilet. I tried three times, but it still was clogged. Front desk was helpful but this was an inconvenience. Hopefully the hotel will make the necessary repairs.

This courtyard was clean. Room is nice and tidy. Housekeeping was in and refreshed our room. Starbucks onsite was great! Reception was great and greeted us. Comfortable for a family of 5

Just an overnight. Would stay again.

Very good.
Upon arrival we wanted coffee. Staff accommodated with pleasure.

Cons:

Bathroom lights on a dimmer would be an added benefit.

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!
