i was charged for 2 rooms when i made only 1 reservation, for 1 room
Was good place for the price. Very comfortable beds
No ne at front desk for 20 minutes, just stood there with no one around
Clean, comfortable beds. Easy in and out
No hot water in the shower. Ruined the stay as we had an important event and really couldn’t get a shower
it was quiet and very affordable the staff was good for the most part but i had to a wait a little while for my other room cause they said they werent done cleaning it yet even tho it almost 4 in the evening
Room smelt like garlic very very strong. And comforter was stained on the one bed.
I had a pet was supposed to get charged $25 and they charge me three different transactions for $25 one was returned before I left but went down to the front desk and was reassured. They would credit my account for the other. Haven’t seen that happen yet

Beds were very comfortable and clean. Best continental breakfast, inside was very clean and neat. Room was very nice. Staff could be friendlier, smile and hello to guests when greeted by them. Would recommend to anyone. Reasonably priced.
TLDR version : Do not stay here.
The condition of this hotel is appalling. The unkempt bushes w/ volunteer trees sprouting; the half-dead bush at the front door; and the dirt/oil from peoples' hands where they have pushed/pulled on the front and back doors were all warnings.
Walking to the room, the hallway walls were all damaged and saw at least 1 broken metal door molding. Entering my room, I was overwhelmed by the vast amount of perfume or deodorizer someone used. I went to open the window and found the screen torn in the bottom corner. No fresh air tonight.
Looking around the room, all the furniture was damaged; pealing paint; holes in the wall; cables hanging in the open; spiderwebs in the corners; dried paint on linens; and a stain and hole in the comforter was what I could easily see in 5 minutes. And the room door doesn't close because it sticks on the threshold.
Moving to the bathroom, I was glad I had a tetanus shot last year after seeing the rusted door frame by the sink. Horrible wall patch jobs and paint jobs. And the sink light was missing a bulb. The sink and vanity looked nice and new-er, but with old paint on the bathroom racks/hooks/curtain rod and everything else, this was just lipstick on a pig.
There isn't enough space available in this review box to go into the high pitched routing work being done until 845p; nor the breakfast area problems. But as a note, caulking over grout w/ black mold does not fix, nor conceal the problem.
Think maybe (hopefully) a guest with a dog stayed inour room prior to us checking in. Room smelt like "piss" (sorry)...not in the bathroom, but in the main room, the entire stay (even with the fan running).

The room was fine but the tv didn’t work, the hot water ran out too fast, the elevator and the property in general was in terrible condition. They only had one person on staff at any given time, and the person on staff during the day hardly spoke English. Would not recommend this property.
The hotel did not have my booking I made through Expedia. They told me they could not help me and I had to call Expedia and get help. I’ve been traveling for seven days at that point and needed a place to rest my head. Being greeted by someone who would not assist me in finding my reservation, even though it was paid for, was unacceptable. I’m thankful that Expedia worked it out and I was able to stay in my hotel that was already paid for on the Expedia app. I do not recommend booking this hotel through third-party apps.
We stayed with our dog for one night. The hotel was accessible, clean and quiet.
I liked the window seat! I should have checked out the room more before moving into it, because there was significant mold behind the refrigerator and the refrigerator wasnt clean. The room smelled badly, but the staff was friendly and i enjoyed my stay. So my experience was very mixed.
Room smelled bad, and was dirty , toilet was dirty, fridge had mold in it. Didn’t trust eating the breakfast.
