It served my need of a flop house scenario.
The smoke alarm went off as I took a shower
Close to our venue
Room was relatively clean
Very old and very run down
Definitely catered to construction workers and truck drivers. There were maybe a few homeless folks
Great customer service, friendly front desk check in
Was able to check in a little earlier..Great location, close to restaurants, sports bars, shopping, and parks..close to freeway exit, in the back so traffic didn't bother us..you do hear a train at night which was actually relaxing to us..we loved how clean the room was. We also loved tbe historic huge American Flag 🇺🇲 ❤️
Price unfortunately was higher than we would of liked most hotels have gone up in price though. Room value should be $75.00 a night we paid $112 a night got a discount through booking.com it was $160.00 on booking.com the second night we paid a little lower since it was a Sunday night..it was worth a higher price due to cleanliness and location..thank you
this is an amazing low cost option. Everybody's friendly, it's clean and comfortable. Without any fluff that cost you more money. Excellent choice
Comfortable enough and good size..nice tv microwave and fridge.
Floor and sink were dirty..could use some sprucing up.
No breakfast served
Bath room, shower filthy, sink counter loose. Lots of loud noises: ( road, train, room AC/ heater), other room people talking 2/3 am and upper floor stomping.
Good location. Staff was friendly. Room was ok.
Extra lock on door was broken. Outdated. Only 1 light blanket. Would have liked the option for another one.
Quiet
The cable tv sucks get a different provider
The location was good for our event.
There was a lot of damaged items that were poorly repaired in our room ( door knob in bathroom, curtain damaged, lamp shades damaged), and badly maintained. Step to the upper levels was crooked and a safety issue. The quality of the hotel seems to have declined since our last visit a year ago.
Easy to find
The long term stays were trouble. Bathrooms need serious work. There’s no place to hang anything. Roaches in the bathroom Kids didn’t know what they were because they scattered when the lights were on and only saw 2
Easy access
Everything stated in my first review
The video of the shower tub handle is on video so won’t let me show you It’s only asking for pictures The towel bar fell on me when I was getting sick and housekeeping came in and took it. I took pictures incase They try and charge us
I paid for a disabled room and extra for it supposedly because it has handicap parking. People who are not disabled and no tag hanging for being handicap took every space. I specifically asked a women who claims to rent by the week (never told possible temporary shelter as well) that no. She’s not disabled and this property doesn’t abide by it and basically F Off because she was keeping the disabled parking whether I needed it or not. Back story. Just got out of the hospital to attend a family wedding post op. This person amongst 3 others did the same. I paid $35 more for my room than my sisters room same room except mine had handicap parking in front We didn’t get to use so why was I charged for? The hot water in the bathtub doesn’t get hot so fill the tub and it’s cold using nothing but hot water so used my kids room which had 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The towel bar came down on me and removed from housekeeping the next morning. The knob to the shower and tub fell off and not very hot water so not even an easy lukewarm shower.
Smoking section includes some using.
This might sound like a lot but took pictures of everything and every vehicle not handicapped parked in handicap zones. Particularly the one that didn’t care. If we had known Best Western was the next street over. We would’ve booked there. The problem for us wasn’t other overnight guests but people renting by the week. Another confusion. One manager checking out said. No they’re all customers. The night manager said they live there week to week. Who’s telling the truth? Stay anywhere else. I didn’t get anything. I was guaranteed paying more being disabled for a disabled room and didn’t enforce the parking.
You might end feeling scammed out of money like I do.
The guests staying as temporary housing and the mess of seeing bongs passed around. Tweekers dumping ash trays looking for something to smoke and woke up to cops trying to serve a warrant a few doors down. Why I think we were lied to about the residents
