Very pretty but very noisy.
Pros:

Suite was very nice and clean. Bed was super comfy.

Cons:

Elevator broken to my floor. By the freeway so it’s super loud. Convention center proximity also had it full of convention goers so it wasn’t a quiet stay by any means. From 11pm to 6am the fan in my suite also made a loud clicking noise. Little to no parking.

Location was good, room was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast not included. We paid a slightly higher room rate to get breakfast. However, it wasn't a "typical" hotel breakfast. While you were able to use the buffet for food selections (although the chafing pots were nearly empty when we arrived), the beverages were served by the attendant. This leads to the expectation of gratuity. Holiday Inn - do better by paying your workers a living wage and not passing this off as a cheap, imitation sit-down breakfast.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

It was a very good location. The room was spacious. And we appreciate the beds being a little bigger then most hotels.

Cons:

There needs to be safety bars in the bathroom.

Phil told me I had to check out a day early when it clearly stated the dates of my stay. Was extremely rude. Then kept my money for liability and damages.

Pros:

Booked quickly after a nightmare Air B&B experience. This place didn’t disappoint! Extremely clean, very nice bathrooms and decor, and the bedding was clean and fresh! Super comfy bed! The staff were all very courteous and friendly! We booked a second night.

Pros:

The staff here was AMAZING. Everything was great but our staff interactions were by far the best part. We were there for our child’s medical appointment at Children’s Mercy and the hotel staff treated her like visiting royalty. We will 1000% be back here.
