It was a very good location. The room was spacious. And we appreciate the beds being a little bigger then most hotels.

Phil told me I had to check out a day early when it clearly stated the dates of my stay. Was extremely rude. Then kept my money for liability and damages.

Booked quickly after a nightmare Air B&B experience. This place didn’t disappoint! Extremely clean, very nice bathrooms and decor, and the bedding was clean and fresh! Super comfy bed! The staff were all very courteous and friendly! We booked a second night.

Clean room, loud plumbing
Quiet area. Wish the pool area was a bit bigger l. Unfortunately shower leaked onto floor
Tub had a crack in it and a small amount of water leaked out onto the floor.
The staff here was AMAZING. Everything was great but our staff interactions were by far the best part. We were there for our child’s medical appointment at Children’s Mercy and the hotel staff treated her like visiting royalty. We will 1000% be back here.
Very nice hotel in every way
We needed a last-minute booking, and the booking process through Expedia was quick and easy. The hotel was in a convenient area, the service was great, and the room was clean and very comfortable.
This is a great hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff, especially John the operating manager, were amazing. Would definitely recommend and we will be back next time we are in KC.

This is my second time at this hotel. Clean rooms, driving distance to Negro Baseball Museum and the KC Royals stadium. Excellent restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.
