Visited Taj Gorbandh Palace with family and honestly had a great time. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Service was quick and staff members were always smiling and ready to help. A special mention to Manish for his excellent hospitality during our meals. Small gestures like remembering guest preferences really make a difference. Overall, a memorable stay and worth experiencing once.

It was a wonderful experience staying in the Taj Gorbandh Palace, Jaisalmer recently. Built in a prime location, this was a closest property near to the City. The property is a masterpiece of golden sandstone architecture and appears as a Palace. Rooms, dinning area, swimming pool, entrance and other surroundings are magnificent and extremely comfortable, neat and cleaned, blend with modern amenities. There is zero noise level and beautifully maintained in a calm and peaceful environment. The services offered from Front desks catering all my smaller requirements including pickup and drops, Food services for preparing fresh and tasty cuisine with great hospitality, Housekeeping for maintaining room in immaculate condition including laundary services, were found to be beyond imagination.
I want to extend heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for this rich experience.

I would like to mention few names who have ensured over and above my all expectations. Mr. Krishna Pal Singh, Mrs Shreya and Saubhagya for their professionalism, proactiveness and exceptional customer relationships which stood out remarkably great.

staff were really helpful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast had many options and everything was fresh and tasty. Our room was neat and clean, and we really appreciated the fruits placed in the room. As a honeymoon couple, the beautiful room decoration made our stay even more special. The housekeeping team cleaned the room every day and did an excellent job.
We also requested a late check-out, and the team kindly allowed it, which we truly appreciated.
Special thanks to one staff member from One Touch — I’m not fully sure about her name, but I think it was Archana. She was very kind and helpful. Apologies as well for forgetting the duty manager’s name; he was from Himachal Pradesh. He truly deserves appreciation. From check-in to check-out, he was absolutely amazing and made sure everything was perfect for us.
We also had dinner through room dining. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the overall experience was excellent.

We recently had a family dinner at the Bazaar Restaurant inside Taj Gorbandh Palace, and it was truly amazing. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top-notch, matching the high standards of the Taj group.The food was absolutely delicious, expertly prepared, and full of flavour. A huge thank you to Chef Wajid and Chef Chitresh and bhupendra for culinary excellence and for making our meal so memorable.What made our evening extra special was the incredible staff. Great experience at the Taj Gorbandh Palace. There was a special requirement for jain food and Chef Chitresh made sure that all the requirements were fulfilled. The food preparation was on point. The staff at Taj - Hriday, Kailash, Hitesh, Himanshu, Sohil and many more made sure the hospitality was top notch and they were available everytime with positive and helpful response. They made our anniversary even more special by celebrating with live cake cutting and complimentary cake and flower decoration and bon voyage cake.

I must say that one must visit the Taj Gorbandh Palace in off season to experience top notch hospitality and service. All the staff including Aninda Roy - our point of contact were extremely helpful and made our trip memorable.

We were celebrating our parents’ anniversary, and the team went above and beyond with a beautiful flower bed decoration, a complimentary cake, and a lovely cake-cutting celebration with the staff. Stayed at Taj Gorbandh Palace, Jaisalmer recently and had a really pleasant experience overall. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The hospitality was excellent from the moment we checked in, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Food and service were also very good.
Would especially like to mention Soubhagya, who is working as an intern there. He was extremely polite, sincere, and always ready to help with a smile.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Taj Gorbandh Palace! The highlights of our stay were definitely the pool area, where we spent a great time relaxing with cold beers and delicious kebabs.
