Ubicación excelente, la habitación justita para unos días.

Que no hubiera personal para la atención, sobre todo en el horario del desayuno.
Respecto al baño, era muy pequeño, ducha y puerta muy ajustada, y la ventilación daba a la misma habitación!! El lavabo estaba roto, sensación de descuido y poca calidad.

Pros:

Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach, aber gut und frisch, der Kaffee fantastisch, angenehme Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum und der Lobby. Gepäckaufbewahrung praktisch und gut.

Cons:

Hmm, eigentlich nichts. Alles perfekt.

Die Lage war top, man konnte unabhängig von der Zeit einchecken, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und der Kontakt für Rückfragen hilfreich und freundlich.

Nice stay in the center of Berlin

I would recommend this nice hotel.
We stayed at the big room n101.

- location (close to everything you need)
- self check-in/out
- nice interior (it’s better in the real life than at their photos)
- free and tasty filtered water
- nice chill-out zone at the hall with a luggage storages, so you can lock your staff inside after check-out or before the check-in

Cons:

- the sofa at the room n101 could be renewed, because it’s the only one thing that looks too old and tired :)

الموقع رائع والغرفة نظيفه يوجد ماء مجاني

لم نتمكن من استلام غرفتنا في الوقت المحدد ولم يرد احد على الرسائل التي ارسلناها واستلمنا الغرفة بعد ساعة وربع من تسجيل الوصول المحدد وكان عمال التنظيف ما يزالون ينظفون في وقت تسليم الغرف الفعلي!!!!
