Convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Berlin
Pros:

Very comfortable and attractive, hotel, and exceptionally well situated near the train and pedestrian related attractions in the city. Will you particularly appreciated the storage lockers are provided on the ground level and the responsiveness of staff.

Cons:

It is odd to go to a hotel without any direct contact with individuals. I understand this is their model but something that we’re adjusting to for people that would like more contact with human beings. They have another location. I think just five minutes walk from this location. everything is self service at this location.

The location is perfect. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable.

It wasn’t an issue in october, but there is a tram line outside the window so I can see it getting loud in Summer if you sleep qitb the window open

Das Zimmer (Nr. 101) war absolut top, besser geht es nicht. Zwei Räume (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, großes Bad). Alles neu, alles sauber. Sehr ruhig, self-check in funktioniert perfekt, man hat seine absolute Ruhe.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt bei der S-Bahn S9 (bei der Station Hackerscher Markt) mit direkter Verbindung vom und zum Flughafen BER. Hackerscher MArkt bietet nette Restaurants. Zentrum der Stadt ist zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. In Summe: Geheimtipp
The room (No. 101) was absolutely amazing, it couldn't be better. Two rooms (living room, bedroom, large bathroom). Everything new, everything clean. Very quiet, self-check-in works perfectly, you have complete personal peace.
The location is excellent, right by the S-Bahn S9 (at Hackerscher Markt station) with a direct connection to and from BER airport. Hackerscher Markt offers nice restaurants. The city center is reachable on foot in 5-10 minutes. Overall: a secret jewel.

Air Conditioning didn’t work
Pros:

Great location, close to the S-Bahn and easy check in.

Cons:

Air Conditioning did not work in the room and caused no sleep during our stay. Our room also faced the street and you could hear the trains going by which didn’t allow us to sleep. I sent a message after our stay since there is no one working at the hotel asking to resolve this and was told there’s nothing they could do because they confirmed the AC did work. I sent pictures of the settings of the AC and confirmed we had it on high at the lowest cooling level and there was no air coming out of the unit. I was then ignored. Won’t recommend staying here given the amenities that don’t work and the customer service.
