It’s a wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

What a quaint place to stay! It had such a nice feel to it. It’s not the fanciest place I’ve ever stayed, but sitting out on the back deck and enjoying the wine and cheese happy hour provided by the hotel plus the view- it was perfect to me. The breakfast was fantastic and would without a doubt stay there again. Thanks to Thomas and staff!

Pros:

Perfect location with relaxing and gorgeous views from the shared deck. They had complementary wine and cheese at happy hour and a delicious breakfast in our room. Ferry access to and from San Francisco.

My sister and I have stayed at the Waters edge several times, we love the accommodations and especially love to spend time on the back deck, enjoying the view.

Cons:

The only improvement I would recommend is to have blackout window coverings. It’s extremely bright in the rooms around 5:30 AM.

Great views and a great vibe

My boyfriend and I stayed two nights here as a weekend getaway from SF and we loved the wine, rooftop, access to restaurants, and the morning pastries. Looking forward to our next visit

Great getaway!
Pros:

What a great location! Right on the water. Tiburon is adorable. Great for a getaway! The fireplace in the room is a great bonus plus the wine in lobby. Really nice touch.

Cons:

It was a little challenging to control the thermostat. The room has a mini-split and I had to turn it to 85 to get it to heat the room on a cold evening.
