We very much enjoyed our stay - apart from the lack of wifi.
Pros:

staff were helpful, pool was sparkling clean, our 1 bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable spacious & well equipped. Ducted air conditioning worked well. The location on Hastings street makes the place an easy walk to the the beach, national park, river, restaurants, shops etc. Plenty of space in the car park, car can be parked close to lift for moving luggage etc.

Cons:

1. The wi-fi did not work, for entire duration of our 5 night stay, despite complaining about it every day. Staff said they were trying to fix it, but I don't think there was any proper effort to get it working. The place is advertised as having free wi-fi included - but not so. I had things I needed to do on a lap top and this proved to be a major irritation .
2. We had a river view room, but it was really over looking a fairly busy road, and the view of the river was blocked by trees. A pool or garden view would be the better option.

Good - However, Value for money was just not there.
Pros:

We recently stayed at The Sebel Noosa Heads and overall had a pleasant experience, though with a few reservations.

The location is definitely the standout. It’s perfectly positioned right in the heart of Noosa, Hastings Street, great restaurants, cafes and the beach. You really can’t fault the convenience.

The room itself was lovely, spacious, clean, It had a nice feel to it and was a comfortable place to relax after a day out. However, for the price point, we did expect a little more. There was no ocean view, which made it feel less premium than anticipated, particularly given the rates.

The bed unfortunately wasn’t the most comfortable, which did impact our overall stay slightly. That said, everything else about the room was well maintained and thoughtfully laid out.

A beautiful property in an unbeatable location, but perhaps not the best value for money.

Cons:

There were a few maintenance and practical issues that really stood out.

Parking was quite limited, which made things inconvenient, especially during busier periods. For a property of this calibre, better parking availability or clearer guidance around options would make a big difference.

Inside the room, there were noticeable maintenance concerns. The bathroom door was visibly rotting at the base, which wasn’t what you’d expect at this price point and detracted from the overall presentation. In addition, the back door from the bedroom leading onto the balcony was very difficult to open and close. It clearly needs adjustment or repair, as it shouldn’t require that much effort to operate.

These issues may seem minor individually, but together they impact the comfort and overall experience. With some attention to maintenance and infrastructure, the stay would be significantly improved.

Chosen as a one night stop over during travel.
Pros:

The location is great, very close to everything but just off Hastings Street so reasonably private. Our one bedroom unit was spacious, and had a balcony. Great pool area. Rooms and kitchen were well stocked with glassware etc, and comfortable, but on the older side.

Cons:

The problems started here prior to check in during a call to 'confirm' our booking, which had already been paid for and was also not subject to cancellation, ten minutes on hold, plus a reasonably lengthy call to sort out the details. It turned out we had been allocated a different room type, so this was reverted to one with a Hastings Street view during the call (this was probably where I went wrong to be honest). Parking underneath is super confusing and required a move from the initial park. The room we were allocated (at $500 per night in the off season) literally looked straight at a neighbouring restaurant rooftop and building, which also turned out to be super noisy until around 9.30/10pm. I do get that it's possibly not a priority to allocate the best rooms to customers booking through third party providers, however this literally had to be one of the worst outlooks in the entire building, which didn't seem to be at capacity with unoccupied rooms around and above us. The 'room service' is through a QR code and delivered by local businesses, but this was not available during our stay, though we were given information on restaurants we could attend and book back to the hotel. Checking out, our phone was ringing as we were running around 10 mins late, asking us to check out asap. Just not the overall experience you'd expect from what appears to be a nicer hotel in the heart of Noosa, particularly at the price point.

Great property in fantastic location.
Pros:

Fantastic location and great property! Right on Hastings street with everything nearby and the apartment was so spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Would have liked a larger bed as wasn't king size but the apartment overall was amazing. We didn't get any cleaning done in the room so no fresh towels etc but not sure if this was supposed to be included in our 2 night stay.
