If you not picky it’s a ok stay but to me I will not be staying here again because of the mold problem

Pros:

Front desk person was great. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

The place was not very clean, especially in the common areas like hallways. The carpet needed to be replaced years ago. The GYM EQUIPMENT WAS MOSTLY NONFUNCTIONAL. The neighborhood was not safe after dark, many businesses have bars on doors and windows. I felt like I brought a knife to a gunfight. Several guests and I spoke, we all felt dupped by the reviews, like they weren't real unbiased guest. Here is a comparison. If you never ate anything but bread & water, and then someone gives you a half a hotdog, you think that you are king.

Did not stay. Does booking.com do anything about properties using photos that do not represent the property at all

Cons:

Turned up. The place looked nothing like the pictures, Rough and rundown. We didn’t even get out of the car.
We rang the property to try to cancel and was told the payment wasn’t processed and we could cancel for no cost on booking.com. This was not the case. We weren’t able to cancel. The process was to send a request to the property to get a refund. We rang, and emailed the hotel and messaged them through booking. All communication was ignored.

If the Facilities were updated and replaced . Because You Have a great Staff! Things when they break it could be better!
Pros:

The facility itself is needs some money put into it , It’s not being kept up. It has overgrown landscape , Broken columns.It has all the pool chairs and everything are all broken stacked up in a pile. The rooms are outdated. The Staff are amazing! The ladies took very good care of us. That was the best part of our experience was the housekeeping, staff, and the front desk staff.

Cons:

We we’re disappointed that there was holes in the towels, and we could not lay by the pool or sit by the pool because all the chairs have big holes in them and we’re stacked up in a pile!
