Diappointed that best western would charge this rate for a building that is falling apart.
Pros:

Breakfast waffle maker desperately needs a cleaning. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The place is being eaten up by termites. Please get an exterminator out there! And weird smell.

Overall I wasn’t all satisfied with our stay. The price was way too high for one night and the quality of our room.

Our air conditioner was broken, the floor was muggy and damp, the pillows were tiny and super uncomfortable, and there was a hole in the ceiling. The breakfast wasn’t too great either.

I would have left if or moved rooms of staying multiple nights.

The ease of finding the property was great.

Cons:

There are flying bugs all over while trying to unload. The outside key reader is hit or miss if it works. The air was on but it remained muggy, it is a odd smell in the room, don’t stink just odd, the elevator is slow and lights barely work if they work, we had 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth, and 1 towel in a double queen room. The lamp shade looks dingy, from the online pictures to actual facility the place just looks run down or not kept up. Was dis appointed to say the least.

A waste of money!!
Pros:

The location, close to the graveyard... Visiting my dad's grave. The black cleaning lady that check for hot water and the worker who fixed the skylight, were well mannered and hospitable. I appreciate their service.

I and my 2 boys scheduled Friday night -Sun 3/13 -3/15/2026..The 2 females cashiers at the desk (night & day shift) were horrible and showed that they genuinely didn't give a f*ck and just want you outta their face. The buildings' carpet smells wet/damp and old... the pool water is green...there's calcium buildup on the water fountain..another customer was already complaining of how her room card will just stop working and she'll be stuck outta your room then she had to find someone to get another key..soon as I walked into the room the skylight didn't work so I tripped trying to find a lamp...there was no hot water in the shower and warm water in the sink..We stayed that Fri night and left Saturday...all of this was made aware to the front desk, the cleaning lady came later to check and maintenance fix it with genuine concern..but when I went back to the front with the cleaning lady to let them know that we were leaving and were not staying for the next day, there was already a man standing there waiting and cleaning lady spoke to the girl on the walkie talkie to make her aware that she had customer at the front and she said I know, then took all of 7mins to attend to us. Another customer came in after me and she (cashier) assisted the new customer instead the of guy before me or me. And I Still Have Yet To Receive My Refund...The Pictures on the Website Are Old!!! Save Your Money!!! Stay By Yo People!!!
