The apartment was pretty much what we expected, clean and was well presented for an older property.
Pros:

The location was quite near to the conference facilities and excellent restaurants. Abundant shopping and quirky outlets. Breakfast options were plentiful and getting around was well serviced by the light rail. The property was well cleaned, and the overall the room was spacious and pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was no hot water on the first night and the following morning. Had to attend an all-day conference without having a shower, made for a long day. The lack of hot water issue was fixed during, and the staff were most apologetic.

Very good!
Pros:

the location was perfect for our family attending a family funeral. Close to supermarkets & shops we needed.

Cons:

I would have liked to have used the pool - went to the beach instead!
