Pros:

faulty light system made this a very difficult night with constant clicking from the main "light card"controller, constant light failure turning on and off randomly, just crazy.
A significant discount should have been offered,

Definitely stay there again
Pros:

Staff were great went above & beyond, property was clean, fresh & modern. Loved the complimentary bottle of wine & night time essential oil room spray

Cons:

Parking was a bit tight. Also our air conditioner didn’t work in our room but the staff sent maintenance up unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed so the staff organised us to move rooms which was appreciated

Room was great, staff were lovely, but the rooms were not air-conditioned.
Pros:

Location was great and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and well presented.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the rooms. This meant an uncomfortable sleep unfortunately. I didn't even think to confirm there was air conditioning - not something that is a good to in this day and age. This is the only thing that let the stay down and as a result, we wouldn't stay there again.

Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

No air conditioning in bedrooms despite writing that the apartment was fully air conditioned. Extremely disappointed with staff’s attitude towards it.

Nice stay, and good location for us.
Pros:

Staff and location were great.

Cons:

I paid $550+ for a two bedroom apartment for 3x adults and 1x baby - and had to provide my own bed & bedding because they wanted to charge me for a cot.
Also, one (uncomfortable) 2x seater couch, and a single lounge chair for a 2x bedroom apartment (4 people) doesn’t seem like good planning.
