I like the area and the food and shops near. Everything was very clean and housekeeping did a great job.
The elevator was a little scary, but overall I can’t complain about the property itself. I did have a bad experience with one staff member that sort of ruined my last night of my stay. Just someone with a bad attitude that was taking it out on me for trying to buy waters at the front desk.

Ask staff not to fold wash cloths. It freaks me out that they are not clean. After all they just subbed the bathroom.
Liked the sink outside the toilet/shower area. Two people can be getting ready for bed or getting ready to leave at the same time. AC and refrigerator were both nice and cold!!!!! Beds were very comfortable!!!! Location far enough away from the Turnpike, to not hear the road. Thank you for having kleenex, a lot of hotels do not.
Wish there was a soap dispenser next to sink, hate to open that little bar of soap for just a few hand washes. Only one full roll of TP and maybe a quarter of another. It was plenty, but you never know when you might need an extra roll.
Convenient to highway. Clean!!! Comfortable mattress.

The staff and breakfast was good
The breakfast was good but we did have to wait for a table as well as for more food to be brought out. We were on the 3rd floor but I kept hearing dogs barking throughout the whole night which was irritating but overall we had a good experience
The dogs kept barking all nite and the elevator had a pee smell

The fact that they took 2 grand out my bank account and I still haven’t gotten it back
LIked the fact there were couches in the room, however the TV was placed far away overlooking the bed. It did swivel so was visible, but still awkward. The bed was comfortable, but very high to reach with ease for a short person.
The bathroom used bottles for the toiletries, but they were very hard to squeeze. There was no soap at the sink, so one had to use the one in the shower and then pivot to use the sink. Ridiculous!
The breakfast area needed trash cans to be more accessible. Also needed better directions on how to use the waffle maker, especially the placement of those directions and the font used to print them.
Very clean, convenient too area shopping, large quiet room. Front desk staff was very friendly, good breakfast and hot coffee
