Cons:

Leaking toilet. Dirty. Stained up couch. No bedding for the pull out couch or enough pillows for 4 people. 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 4 people and there weren't even trash bags for the trash. Also not impressed by the breakfast options. We traveled 5 states away to stay here for a night and arrived late to check in. We included this in the notes so plenty of time to stock the room. For the price, I wouldn't stay here.

Exceptional Hospitality for Business & Pleasure
Pros:

I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites Lake Buena Vista South for a series of business meetings, and I cannot recommend it enough. A huge thank you to Marelix Santiago, the Assistant General Manager. It was a pleasure meeting her; she was incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond to allow my colleague and me to utilize the hotel's resources for our meetings.

The hotel is perfectly laid out for professional needs - we were able to get all of our work done in an appropriate business setting while enjoying the excellent room layout and breakfast offerings. Marelix and the entire team provided top-tier hospitality that made a real difference in our productivity.

In the future, I will be advising all of my business colleagues to stay here, whether they are traveling for work or for pleasure. We will definitely be back!

Good hotel and good price
Pros:

Great value for money, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was included and had a good selection, the property had mini golf included and decent pools, slides for the kids and even a Starbucks on property.

Cons:

Could use a little TLC and updating but wasn’t bad, I’d stay again despite the needed updating
