Sofa bed cushions in room had a lot of wear and tear. Ran out of shampoo and body wash in shower with 5 guests for 2 nights.
It was a good location
It’s not necessarily about the property but I booked a king size with a sofa, asked to be decorated for my girlfriend’s birthday, on the day I arrived hoping everything was setup I checked in and I saw a twin bed, completely different t from what I booked. Now I have to go back to them and was already with my girlfriend, it took them about an hour to get me another room to move things from the twin bed room to the full size, the problem here is I was frustrated, because I had other plans and everything just didn’t go as completely planned. So I hate to say that booking.com and the hotel should’ve done better in how they communicate customer’s information/booking details. And the room they ended up giving us wasn’t a king size, it was a full.

Shop was nasty and cost $7 for a small because I asked for almond milk. Crazy.
A/c needs fixing made an awful noise.

My check in was a bit of a problem but the front desk guy did what he could trying to fix it. It took longer than it should have to check in.
I liked the room size, location, price, and the amount of pools.
Didn't like the worn lobby furniture, hot breakfast, and didn't like that the rooms have carpet.
Breakfast was good however there was not fruits
Some USB connectors in the room did not work and USB-C connectors needed
