Nice place. Inefficient situation.

Vey nice establishment.

Cons:

Booking.com and Microtel do not communicate. Most of my negative experience was from Booking.com but Microtel’s inability or unwillingness to contact them was disappointing. Microtel let me check out on day one but when Booking.com wouldn’t let me cancel the rest of the stay, Microtel would not honor the rest of the stay. They said I would have to buy all the rooms again.

The staff were friendly. The jacuzzi was awesome.

Cons:

Breakfast didn't have much. I was not told when I'd be receiving my deposit back either.

Nothing.. front desk looked like he was an active user

Cons:

Found a bag of substance in our bathroom peeking out behind the towel rack. Front desk didn't bother to remind me partially or order a different room, until I brought it to his attention. I had kids with me.
