Bad experience
Pros:

The room was very small and the charge a $100 deposit that the told me was refunded to my card but I didn't get it. I ended up paying $200 for a very small room

Frustrated after traveling for 12 hours.

Cons:

Upon check in, the clerk told me I only had reserved one room when I had email confirmation for 2 rooms. When I showed him the email confirmation he said he was only seeing one and showed me the pre-check form I had signed online. Nowhere on that form did it say one room. I explained that to him and again told him we’ve paid for and have reserved 2 rooms. Since he only saw one, he quoted me a new price (more than the booked price) for the 2nd room. I told him we won’t be doing that and he told me I needed to get ahold of booking.com to fix it. He wasn’t very helpful. I went outside to my husband and asked him to look for any contact info for booking.com (very hard to do by the way) while I refreshed my confirmation emails. We went back inside to see if the reservations had updated and lo and behold, we had two rooms.
It shouldn’t have been this difficult using the pre-check.
After that, the clerk was as accommodating as you’d expect.

A good hotel in a convenient spot. It should improve breakfast offerings.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room had the basics I needed. It is in a nice location next to I-90.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor and had few choices. The property needs to fix its sign. I drove past it twice.

Cons:

Das Schlafsofa ist nicht zu empfehlen, sehr unbequem. Das Frühstück hätte noch verbesserungspotential war aber okay.
