Great value. Updated. Clean. Comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location.

Cons:

There was no closet, no drawers, and no iron in the room. There were some pegs to for hangers and towels.

Pros:

La struttura è molto carina, pulita e confortevole, la colazione abbastanza ricca, con opzioni senza glutine (anche i bagels!), posizione comoda e vicina a numerosi servizi.

Cons:

Alcuni membri del personale sono stati abbastanza scortesi, per 3 mattine consecutive siamo scesi a fare colazione dicendo "buongiorno" alla signora che se ne occupa, senza mai avere una risposta, stessa cosa per uno degli addetti alla reception. Una delle 3 notti qualcuno ha provato più volte ad entrare nella nostra stanza attorno alle 5am, abbiamo chiamato la reception per segnalare il problema e l'addetto, invece di intervenire, si preoccupava di correggere i termini (probabilmente sbagliati) che abbiamo usato per descrivere i fatti in inglese, dopodiché ha detto "no, non c'è nessuno in corridoio" e non ha fatto assolutamente niente, dandoci indirettamente dei bugiardi. La prima sera, appena entrata in camera, ho fatto una doccia ed il sapone nel dispenser era vuoto. Si dispone di caffè gratuito che non viene mai rifornito perché la camera viene pulita solo su richiesta, altrimenti i cestini restano pieni, gli asciugamani sporchi, caffè, saponette ecc. non ricaricati.
