Fun and friendly
Pros:

Don't expect much more than a room.
Pros:

It was a bed and a place to sleep.

Cons:

Bathroom sink would not drain, front desk was no help. No service during the stay, beds not made and you have to catch staff to ask for a clean towel. Breakfast is all sugar and carbs, no protein. Room was hot, and while there are controls in the room, it doesn't make a difference when it's centrally controlled somewhere else.

The breakfast was limited. Hot component was only biscuits and sausage gravy. Reminder was fine

Comfortable, spacious, and clean
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the kitchen area and couch/table. Location was good as well! Nearby lots of stores and close to downtown area as well as Badlands National park (45 min drive).

Cons:

Breakfast was okay- not much variety and was the same for each morning. Staff wasn’t super friendly either, but just kept to themselves which was fine I guess. Did their job!

Cons:

I left a day early and wanted my money refunded if possible. The clerk couldnt help me. Can you? I would truly appreciate it. The accommodations were great. But if this message doesn’t get an answer ( even if it’s no) I won’t use you again or recommend.

Not so good. It’s an old hotel so expect less from them. limited option on the breakfast. Will definitely avoid booking

I need to get the toilet paper from the front desk because they did not refill/forgot to put toilet paper. The staff assigned in the evening shift is not accommodating.

Pros:

- Location.
- Night attendant lady on the 2nd night. She we considerate and polite.

Cons:

- Rude staff - Breakfast attendant assumed that the burned toast are mine in the toaster and went on a sarcastic rant. When I told her those weren't mine. Just said oh and walked away.
- Three days three requests/ reminders for house keeping. All three nights, no vacuum, no trash clean, no sheets change. Apologies every night. Different staff every day/ night.
- Not a single drawer/ wardrobe in the room.
- Worst designed washroom - loose rounded nobs for hooks hooks cant hold a single towel.
- Included breakfast was a disgrace. No eggs. Just some cereals and toast.
- Zero value for money.
