The price for the value was good and the rooms and common areas were clean.
No closets and/or irons in the room. I booked a Suite and the was no couch, just a window bench above the A/C. The immediate surrounding area was not great.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Tamara, especially, was extremely helpful; going above and beyond to assist us on a matter.
We wish they had eggs as part of the breakfast. Other than that, there isn't much to not like.
First stay at a Microtel property. Good value for what we needed, but very basic room & breakfast.
Vanity area in bathroom was not existent!

You can tell this was a new purchase of an old hotel. I’m hoping they still plan to do more.
Maintenance issues were not able to be resolved. The tub was stopped up and wouldn't drain while showering & continued to hold water making it impossible for my spouse to shower.
Front desk only opted to move us to a different room. It was already late and I'd gotten into my sleepwear already.
Also, there were 3 hotels right next to each other, finding it was difficult.
