Front desk staff rude.
Pros:

The property itself is fine. You get what you thought you were getting by looking at the photos and it was clean.

Cons:

As soon as we got there the gentleman at the front desk was rude, and very unwelcoming. Acted like he couldn’t be bothered to even talk to me. And then I was previously approved for an upgrade and when I got to my room and saw it wasn’t the suite, I came back and he told me I was approved yes- if they had the space. How does that even make sense? Why approve me? All in all the customer service was just down right atrocious and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you somehow go on this guys day off. Also the water pressure sucks but whatever
