Overall it was good, staff was welcoming and answered questions and concerns

No business center, laundry room operation was down couldn’t use the card to pay
Iron wasn’t working good, water on garments
Chairs at the tables were not comfortable

If all you’re going to do is sleep there, it’s the place to go.
Pros:

In a nice, quiet location. Central to Richmond and surrounding areas. Good value for area. The room was clean. Everything worked.

Cons:

It was a little worn in the common areas. Common areas were not very clean when I was there.

Just a quick fix would not stay there for a vacation or extended stay, gross
Pros:

That it was available on such short notice

Cons:

The smell of the room, moldy smell. Carpet felt gross had to wear shoes the whole time. If the a/c was turned off the smell of the room worsened.

The room was adequate, but the breakfast left much to be desired.
Pros:

The breakfast offerings were inadequate. Coffee and poor quality muffins were not what I was expecting. Breakfast was listed on the description and what was offered was a continental breakfast, and not a very good one. No juice or yogurts

Cons:

Read my previous answer. I will add that additional towels and toiletries would have been appreciated. But most of all, an upgraded breakfast is how you can provide your customers with something to write about.

I would stay again staff was great
Pros:

The room was very roomy, bed was
Comfortable kitchen area was great for cooking a meal for two refrigerator was clean and roomie. Only two problems toilet was too close to the floor and the smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the hallway.
