I believe that the management can do better.
Pros:

It is nice to have a little kitchenette & the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Air conditioner didn’t work & the staff told me they knew that a week earlier. Supposedly a work order was put in, but the problem wasn’t fixed.
The suggestion was to open the windows. I was traveling alone & on the first floor— not a safe situation.
The kitchen was not equipped. Yes, you can rent kitchen supplies, but a few items might be nice.
No shampoo or conditioner in the room. Again, you could get them from the front desk, but this isn’t a Motel 6!

Great Place, Strictly Policies
Pros:

This was my go to spot in the area. The workers are great amd helpful. I travel alone and felt safe here. Rooms are always clean. Mall snd shopping close by.

Cons:

The smoke alarm started chirping on me super late and I did not feel like getting up and going all the way to front desk so I disconnected it to rest. I forgot to put back on wall and tell front desk. They assumed I had smoked in the room which i NEVER DO and I was banned from all extended stays for 5 years! Super unfortunate. They could see me on camera going outside to smoke but i guess its policy. I understand why they think that but I travel alot and enjoy extended stays so its a huge bummer. But other then that its a great place and I recommend to anyone

Run down property needs renovation and more help.
Pros:

Rooms were pretty clean. The sparse front desk and maid coverage was polite.

Cons:

Smelly hallways. Only one elevator for large building. Short staffed, slow service, “free breakfast” was literally a coffee carafe, small packaged muffins and some nutrigrain bars. Sketchy looking people hanging out in the parking lot and on the street which had a stripped car and other abandoned cars.
