Frustrating circumstances but everyone in hotel was very helpful in solving issues.
Pros:

Very helpful with any questions we had. Good location. Clean rooms.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room they put us in had air conditioning problems. The first night we slept with no air, the next morning they fixed it, we were gone all day, when we got back it was broke again. They fixed it again. Woke up the next morning with a very hot room and air not working. We then had to pack up everything and move rooms. The first room had USB ports for our phones, the second room didn’t 😳☹️. No consistency in the rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean. Unfortunately, we were in London during a heat wave

Close to the statio
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location but was a lack of staff , we had to request for our room to be cleaned we asked for a white sheet as the room was very hot and my daughter didn’t want to use the duvet and they brought a fan which was helpful but when I asked for the sheet they just shrugged and left

The pool was absolutely freezing was not enjoyable even after a hot day

For the amount they charge per night would expect the service to be spot on

Cons:

We only booked this hotel for the view however all the room had a problem with the aircon so we had to except one with it broken so my children where able to see the bridge at night which they had been so looking forward to
