When I arrived I had some decorations to make the room special for my sister arriving for her 50th birthday. Fenia at reception was so helpful as was Marina who both came together to help me with my quest. Brilliant staff, thank you x
There is another Leonardo hotel close by and a twice our taxi took us there instead.i think these should have very different names so people don’t get confused. My sisters sister in law actually booked into the other hotel by accident which was a pain and we couldn’t change her booking. A change of name would help illuminate any future mix ups

The property was clean and beds comfortable.
We reported on the first day, that half of the plug sockets in the room didn’t work, also the safe didn’t work! Nothing was done to fix this!
The bath was an accident waiting to happen, with its unsafe shower screen, staff didn’t seem to care, as the reply was oh! (Helpful)
All staff wanted to do was take your payment then ignore anything you said!
Won’t be recommending or returning!

La piscine est super. Localisation tres bien
Chambre vieille, literie pas confortable, salle de bain ancienne. Il faut être champion d’escalade pour accéder à la douche. Système de climatisation obsolète
Le déjeuner est vraiment industriel. Aucun produit de qualité… du niveau d’un restaurant d’aire d’autoroute
Location, stayed before
Staff were rude upon checkin, took over 10 minutes to check in and the gent didn’t even say hello or ask how we were, there was no air-conditioning in the room, room 503. The room was at 31.8 degrees when I walked in, like a sauna. They informed me all they could do was provide me a fan… to push to hot air around! I think I lost 2 stone in that room just due to the heat
We were upgraded to an executive room so that was brilliant. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. Room was spacious and very clean. Pool facilities were great

Upon booking the image of the executive room is completely different to what you are given the other executive rooms are very poor quality with no balcony and wallpaper crumbling in room and ceiling lights not fully working. I have booked this property every month and stayed on level 12 executive rooms this time we were given a tiny room on level 10 what they call executive it’s poorer than their normal rooms
