Bon hôtel, bien situé pour un séjour touristique à Londres
Pros:

Hôtel très bien. La localisation de l'hôtel près du métro de Tower Bridge était pratique pour se balader facilement dans Londres. Le spa / piscine était de qualité.

Cons:

Salle de bain un peu vieillotte, mais bien entretenue. Le bruit une soirée à cause d'une réception dans l'hôtel, le personnel a été réactif une fois que l'information leur a été donnée afin de faire baisser le volume.

Pros:

Tolle zentrale Lage, Uban Station in direkter Umgebung, gratis Wasser in der Lobby

Cons:

Veraltete Zimmer mit 28 grad Raumtemperatur und defekter Klimaanlage sowie fehlenden Fenstern. Nach einer Beschwerde wurden wir in ein neues Zimmer gebracht, dies war deutlich besser. Insgesamt mangelte es an der Hygiene (Konfetti und Spuren etc vom Vorgast). Der spa Bereich ist eine vollkatastrophe. 5 liegen für das gesamte Hotel, Minisauna. Ruhe sucht man hier vergebens sofern man keine Anwendungen gebucht hat. Wir, sowie einige andere Gäste, sind direkt wieder gegangen.

They gave us one double bed when there was meant to be 2. They didn’t give us a view of London Bridge what we requested and I got kicked out of the room because my friend who stayed with me asked the workers to kick me out at 4 in the morning. Will never return again.

Very good price /quality
Pros:

It has great facilities and very friendly and helpful personnel.
I had a very long journey and when I arrived I got a friendly receptionist. I also got upgraded which I really did appreciate espevially after a day I had.
I definetly rrcommend this hotel!

Disappointing
Pros:

Staff sorted us out a new room once we had complained about our original room. The staff member sorting this was incredibly helpful and got our bags moved to our new room.

Cons:

Room wasnt even close to what was advertised. Bathroom in particular was incredibly small.

Once moved to new room it was a lot better but there were still multiple broken bits such as toilet seat, shower and television.
