Staff were very helpful as we had a problem with air con and they changed our room
An absolute 10/10 experience! The front desk team was incredibly welcoming at check-in, and I would particularly like to praise (Samuel Nomwa Vuyisile) who was absolutely professional polite and extremely courteous on our arrival. Our room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. We loved the central location, which made walking to main attractions a breeze. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with a massive variety of fresh pastries and fresh fruit cooked breakfast buffet and omelettes cooked to order. Great Leisure facilities to help you relax and unwind. We’ll definitely be back!”

My room was facing the train directly outside my window - it was my anniversary and I asked for a better room was disappointed when we said this morning the concierge didn’t care

Near the metro station
Room was clean and spacious. Location was great, literally across the road from the tower of London. Close to the tube and bus stops. Also close to borough market. We used the pool which was again an easy process. Staff are friendly and we had no issues with getting assistance including our bags being held by the hotel after check out until it was time to return to the airport. We also had a stunning view of the tower from our balcony
Our key stopped working before check out time, we had to return to reception to get back into our room.

The location is fantastic. The cleanliness of every aspect of the hotel, from reception to rooms and the toilets as well as pool/spa area. The staff are always so polite, friendly, welcoming and professional!!

The fact that we struggled to turn on the Jacuzzi and we didn't get any help so we sat on it without the bubbling effect.
The pool and comfortable bed
We were kept awake until 11.30/12 by next door room having TV on too loud and had to call reception. Also, all the sockets on one side of the room were not working.
The location and view, space in room.
They put us in a room with no air conditioning during a heat wave and assured us it would be fixed. Instead, we were expected to spend the night in an unbearably hot room. No one slept because we were drenched in sweat all night. It wasn't until we became extremely upset and repeatedly pleaded our case that we were finally moved. It took over 24 hours to get a room with working air conditioning, the basic amenity we had already paid for.
The bathroom was also filthy, outdated and felt almost dangerous. Getting in and out of the shower was unsafe due to its condition which made the overall experience even worse. If you decide to stay here I recommend requesting a room on a higher floor and avoiding Level 3 if possible.
