The staff were friendly and polite.
The heating did not work. Maintenance didn't fix the problem. Took two hours to get settled in another room. The disabled lift didn't work. Corridors smelt of damp. Room was dark and did not have any form of street view. The staff were nice but I felt they were left to get on with it.

Because of the proximity of the hotel and its sister hotel we checked into the wrong late at night which cause us to get lost finding the right one. Three girls walking around london late at trying to find the hotel is not ideal. There need to be more clarity between the two hotels.and a taxi driver told us it happens a lot when he is taking people to the two hotels

I up graded to executive room - didn’t think the TV or the decor was up to standards old fashioned bathroom with metal framed shower doors next time would stick to basic room
Location is few steps away from london tower and next to train station. The bed was comfortable.
The cleanliness of the room. We checked-in in the evening when the room was ready. There were clearly visible brown stains on the side of toilet seat. So do the toilet paper rolls there were brownish and yellowish stains…it was as if they didn’t check or clean. Slippers took forever to arrive. So, I ended up cleaning the side of the toilet seat myself considering how slow the house keeping could be.It was uncomfortable for the rest of our stay finding that when we first checked in. Made us curious on other stuff in the room if they were cleaned properly after each guests. Also found hair on unused towel. The shower area water kept on leaking if you shower there so the floor was wet after showered. The carpet of the hallway was so smelly. The room needs renovation, very old. There were funny smell here and there throughout the night around bed area.

Bathroom very small and shower door broken and the hook back of bathroom door fell off and hurt my foot

For the cost of two nights, the bathroom had cracked tiles behind the toilet, water from tap had very little pressure, food left in walk way for 24 hours, put in a request as our anniversary but no response from the hotel, lift on reception to get to level out of use, a shame as we usually love leonardo hotels so for the high cost this experience has altered my usually positive reviews of this chain
