the room was fine staff at both hotels unhelpful and non communicative
Pros:

the location was good and the room very comfortable good size and clean

Cons:

the reception staff were unhelpful . we arrived at sister hotel in error the receptionist gave no help to find the right one barely looked up and said google maps it.at the correct hotel the 2 of us with one king size bed room booked were put in a 3 bedroom 6 person suite with disabled access shower and no explanation . they moved us when we queried it and again offered no explanation or conversation

Pros:

Lovely staff at check in and nice room cleaning staff. Great location near the tube station, and tower of London and Thames. Nice places to eat within walking distance. Pool/spa great to relax in. The old London wall runs behind the hotel so we could see this little bit of history from our room.

On leaving we left a purse with some cash in our room. Unfortunately it was not handed in so could not be returned to us.

We always staying in this hotel every time we go to London.
Pros:

Location is great and there are family rooms with incredible views from the rooms.

Cons:

The fridge is locked, we can use to put our drinks.

Cons:

Bekam ein nicht gereinigtes Zimmer zur Check In Zeit zugewiesen. Erst nach intensiver Intervention an der Rezeption wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer sofort zur Verfügung gestellt.

Definitely not worth the money we paid
Pros:

Modern decor in room - contemporary

Cons:

No lift in building where our room - had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs after long days of sightseeing.
Water pressure in shower and sink was very slow
Ac was not working in first room given to us
Light bulb in second room given to us not working
