Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern für eine Nacht hier und hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queensize-Betten gebucht. Das Zimmer war wirklich schön: Unser Wunsch nach einer ruhigen Lage wurde berücksichtigt, die Betten waren sehr bequem und der Ausblick fantastisch. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist super.
Leider war der Service an der Rezeption enttäuschend. Wir kamen gegen 23 Uhr an und wurden von Joseph eingecheckt. Er wirkte gelangweilt und wortkarg, sprach so leise, dass wir ihn teilweise kaum verstanden, und informierte uns auch nicht über die Sicherheitsgebühr. Nach einer langen Anreise fühlten wir uns nicht gerade willkommen.
Richtig ärgerlich wurde es am nächsten Morgen: Um 6:30 Uhr klingelte das Telefon im Zimmer, weil angeblich unser Fahrer nach Heathrow angekommen sei. Wir hatten natürlich keinen Fahrer bestellt – offensichtlich eine Verwechslung. Damit waren nach nur wenigen Stunden Schlaf alle vier wach. Von der Rezeption kam daraufhin lediglich ein „Okay“, aber keine Entschuldigung.
Das Frühstück war okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Das Rührei wirkte wie ein Fertigprodukt und im Frühstücksraum war die Klimaanlage so kalt eingestellt, dass nicht nur wir, sondern auch andere Gäste froren. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise wurde daran nichts geändert.
Beim Auschecken haben wir die Vorfälle angesprochen. Auch hier keine Entschuldigung oder wirkliche Reaktion. Der Mitarbeiter wirkte eher so, als wüsste er nicht, wie er mit Feedback von Gästen umgehen soll.
It was absolutely spotless and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, especially when you had lots of places across the city to visit.

Das Bad ist klein und das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Reinigung des Zimmers hätte ordentlicher erfolgen sollen. Schmutzige Gläser usw. wurden übersehen.
Bel hôtel, emplacement idéal pour visiter Londres. Très belle piscine où l’on peut vraiment nager

El hotel está super bien situado, los empleados han sido todos super amables y atentos, sobre todo con nuestros dos hijos pequeños. Las camas son super cómodas y el desayuno está muy bien. ¡Para repetir sin duda alguna!
