We had large twin beds. The gym and the pool were excellent . The bar was very nice. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was comprehensive and tasty.
We could hear other guests in their rooms and it was too hot.

I think it was absolutely nice vacation and the people like Boris and marina Zara helped us very nice and coordinate to any problems so I’m gonna be very happy to return here

I recently stayed at Leonardo Royal Hotel London City and had a fantastic experience. From check-in to departure, everything was smooth and well-organized.
A special mention goes to Diana, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really made a difference and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
The hotel itself is in a great location, very clean, and offers comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were consistently professional and courteous.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again on my next visit to London.
We stayed here from Friday March 27th - Saturday April 4th while visiting London from the US. We actually made this booking fairly last minute as I had seen several recent bad reviews of a different hotel in the area that we had booked months before our trip. I am SO glad we chose to switch and book here! We had a wonderful stay and I wanted to specifically mention that the person who checked us in (I believe the name is Elsie) who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. We arrived early and not only was Elsie able to get us an early check in (which we were HAPPY to pay the fee for after eleven hours on airplanes and in airports!), once she realized we were staying for over a week, she carefully chose us a room with an absolutely LOVELY view of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The hotel was clean and comfortable, well stocked with coffee and tea and a perfect location with very easy tube access. We will happily stay here again!

Had a really nice experience at Leonardo hotel, I stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip and entire staff was really helpful. Location of this hotel is excellent.
I also want to special thanks to Arnel, he single handedly made my experience 10 times better. He is really kind and made sure I get something to eat every day at breakfast despite my dietry restrictions.
