We had a short pleasant enough stay, I would return, but would like to see bathroom improvements
Pros:

The staff were amazing, super friendly & helpful. The lobby is gorgeous & location is fantastic. I really loved all of the art work & the room was very tastefully decorated. The size of the room was brilliant and much bigger than we expected. Unfortunately we did not have time to try the spa area, so I cannot comment on that.
I liked the little kiosk for snacks, drinks and last minute toiletries in the lobby and while we did not indulge, there was a manned fruit juice station as we entered.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room was a bit weird. We had a standalone shower, but also an enclosed bath with a shower. I did also have to step into the bath to be able to reach the bathtowels. The bathroom was also not quite as clean as I would have liked, it really needs a good bleaching everywhere. I figure that must have something to do with the showers being mostly rigid, so rinsing the shower/bath would be difficult, but that does not excuse the toilet or basin. I also realise that turnover times between guests can be tricky. But this is just my opinion & standards.

Ok, aber keine Weiterempfehlung.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt zu „City“ und Tower Bridge war für meinen Zweck perfekt, Eingang zum Underground ist auch direkt neben dem Hoteleingang. Das Frühstück war gut, dazu hat auch der freundliche Empfang beim Frühstück durch Arnel beigetragen :-) Die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer im 11. Stock war toll.

Cons:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis lässt zu Wünschen übrig, was aber natürlich in London nicht nur auf dieses Hotel zutrifft. Gym konnte ich nicht nutzen, weil es erst um 6.30 Uhr aufmacht (warum auch immer), da gab es auch kein Entgegenkommen. Das Zimmer ist an für sich ok, aber das Bad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Service beim Empfang ist nicht so freundlich wie beim Frühstück.

Happily to stay here again
Pros:

Had a nice weekend here with my friend. The location is excellent, with convenient transport links and Tower Bridge just a short walk away.

Good place to stay and a nice swimming pool
Pros:

Commute is so easy because of the location. The room was nice and clean. The corridors are a bit on darker side but gives a dramatic view to it. The swimming pool and facilities there were great and kids really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and room service was good. The amenities were good and refreshed every day.

Cons:

The bathroom could be improved. It was practical and working well, but design and finishing was old. Also I prefer a shower head with hose that a fixed that you couldn’t move.
