Pros:

Colazione molto ricca e con un angolo Vegan molto apprezzato. Il menu della cena ha diverse pietanze per vegani e vegetariani: inaspettato, finalmente non sono obbligata a mangiare solo verdure grigliate o insalatina. Personale al ristorante e alla Reception veramente squisiti. Ho segnalato il rubinetto del bidet difettoso e dopo poche ore era già stato sostituito.

Cons:

la moquelle dei corridoi è triste e scura, forse anche meno igienica di mattonelle. La luce del bagno al neon dà fastidio perché fa un rumore prima di accendersi. I rotoli di carta igienica devono stare più solelvati da terra e lontani da wc per non contaminarsi con gli spruzzi nebulizzati dello sciacquone.

Čistota, ochota personálu, vybavení hotelu.

Cons:

Nelíbilo se nám, že snídaně nebyla zahrnuta v ceně ubytování a její dokoupení bylo podle nás zbytečně drahé. Zklamala nás také hotelová restaurace. Objednali jsme si salát a poke, ale ani jedno jídlo nás bohužel neoslovilo. Pokrmy byly chuťově nevýrazné, málo ochucené a porce působily poměrně chudě.
