Bellissima struttura, avevamo prenotato una standard e all'arrivo ci hanno comunicato che ci avevano riservato una superior allo stesso prezzo.

Pros:

NH e’ sempre una sicurezza, al villa carpegna non si sono smentiti. Accoglienza eccellente con addirittura un graditissimo upgrade di camera, molto più grande e pulitissima con addirittura macchina del caffè in cialde e due bottiglie d’acqua in vetro. Colazione ottima e ben assortita. Personale gentilissimo e preparato per snellire facilmente le varie pratiche di check out e di fatturazione in pochissimi minuti.

Da fuori, molto bello e accogliente. All'ingresso hall ampia e profumata. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. La stanza era oltre le aspettative, con tutti i servizi necessari.
