Stay: 5 nights, February 8–13

I have been staying at this hotel for my second week now, and honestly, I took my time before writing a review. I wanted to feel the rhythm first, to see how everything works not just for a day or two, but over time. And now I realize that staying silent would feel strange.

The staff here are genuinely attentive, without any sense of artificial politeness. Almost never do you need to ask for something or remind anyone — everything is done on time and calmly, as if they already know what you might need. It’s a rare feeling when service doesn’t tire you, but instead takes unnecessary worries off your mind.

I would especially like to highlight the reception team. Sometimes they offer tea, sometimes fruit. It may seem like a small thing, but it’s exactly these moments that create a feeling of care and respect for the guest. Not by instruction, but in a very human way.

Breakfast also deserves special mention. There is a wide selection, everything is well organized, suitable for every taste. You can feel that they care not only about quantity, but also about quality, and about making sure the morning starts without rush or irritation.

Nadiren bir otel insanda bu kadar bütünlüklü bir izlenim bırakır. Tek tek detaylar değil, genel hissiyat. İlk günden itibaren personelin ilgisini ve sakin özgüvenini hissediyorsunuz. Ne bir telaş var ne de gereksiz sözler; ama sürekli bir özen mevcut. Küçük gibi görünen şeyler var ya, işte gerçek konfor tam olarak onlardan oluşuyor.

Kahvaltılar gerçekten çok iyi. Özenle hazırlanmış, çeşit açısından dengeli ve kaliteli. Otele ait küçük bir ikram ayrıca çok hoş bir sürpriz oldu. Samimi ve içten. Oda temizliği düzenli, titiz ve fark ettirmeden yapılıyor. Odanıza her döndüğünüzde şu duyguyu yaşıyorsunuz: biri sizin rahatınızı düşünmüş.

Olanaklar çok iyi organize edilmiş. Hem dinlenmek hem de çalışmak için gereken her şey mevcut. Alan, sessizlik, hizmet… Hiçbir şey rahatsız etmiyor, hiçbir şey için ayrıca peşine düşmek gerekmiyor. Her şey yerli yerinde ve sorunsuz.
