Dezastruos!!!!
Cons:

Cred ca este cel mai slab hotel la care am fost cazata in cei 15 ani de când merg la Istanbul. Mizerie, totul poposit, iar mirosul de vechi, igrasie si murdar, nu l-am mai întâlnit decât cand eram copil si mergeam în tabere. Mâncarea de la micul dejun, mâncare de cantina. Cele 5 stele despre care vorbesc ei sunt cel mult 2 margarete. Doar preturile produselor sunt la nivelul de 5 stele. Singurul lucru bun a fost masajul facut de balineze, dar pentru asta poti merge si daca nu locuiesti in hotel.Nu recomand!!!!

لأكثر من 20 مره تواجدت بهذا الفندق هذه اسواء مره تجربتي مع الانترنيت سيءة جدا

النظافة والموظفين ودودون جدا

Cons:

الانترنيت لم يكن يعمل داخل الغرف فقط في الصاله والممرات وقدمت شكوى اكثر من مره وكان الجواب بعد ساعه تحل المشكله ولكن إلى وقت مغادرتي لم تحل المشكله

La proximité des transports

Cons:

La chambre était vieille et défraîchie.
L’hôtel est vieux et mérite un coup de rénovations. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuné n’était pas top. Les équipements et services proposés inadaptés

Cons:

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement, on nous a attribué une première chambre avec une forte odeur de cigarette + saleté sur les draps et poussière lorsque nous l’avons signalé à la réception ils nous ont envoyé une personne mettre du désodorisant ce qui ne règle pas le problème mais masque juste l’odeur nous avons donc demandé à changé de chambre.
La deuxième chambre présentait également une mauvaise odeur et le lavabo de la salle de bain fuyait nous avons donc préféré changer d’hôtel, en revanche la personne à l’accueil ( chargé de la clientèle) s’est montrée compréhensive de notre situation et nous a facilité les démarches afin d’obtenir un remboursement.
