Prijs te hoog in vergelijking met kwaliteit
Pros:

Vriendelijke personeel.

Cons:

Geen plek bij ontbijt, mensen aten zelfs bij het zwembad. Hierdoor hebben wij geen een dag ontbijt gehad (terwijl we daar wel voor betaald hadden) zwembad niet echt schoon. Hotel is verouderd maar dat geeft het wel karakter.

Il personale è disorganizzato sia al check in che al check out
Gli orari della piscina sono limitati perché il ristorante si trova vicino l!'ingresso quindi fino alle 10.30 non si può entrare e chiude alle 18

Pros:

posizione comoda con metro a due passi

Cons:

Purtoppo l'hotel non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Non è un 5 stelle per gli standard europei. Avevamo prenotato 2 triple ma la sera all'arrivo ci hanno assegnato 2 doppie con un divano letto da fare e durissimo. Abbiamo insistito per avere un terzo letto ma ci è stato posizionato in camera solo dopo il reclamo a Booking a 2 giorni dalla partenza. L'hotel è datato e il personale non all'altezza di un hotel 5 stelle. Inoltre ci è stato sottratto uno spazzolino elettrico e non abbiamo avuto nessun rimborso.

Ok pour une nuit de transit, pas pour séjourner Sur le 3eme lit (canapé lit), pas de couette

Hotel vicino al centro raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici efficienti.
Pros:

Personale cortese ed attento alle esigenze del cliente.

Cons:

L’attesa agli ascensori, sopratutto nell’ora della colazione e delle partenza e’ troppo lunga. Un Albergo a cinque stelle dovrebbe trovare soluzione a questo problema che crea malcontento.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Uns hat dieser Aufenthalt bei Akgün Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Frühstück war perfekt verschiedene Sorten und bunt für alle. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht im Zentrum aber nur 2-3 Minuten entfernt von der U-Bahn außerdem könnte man alle Ziele einfach mit dem Bus erreichen. Personal waren sehr nett und haben immer versucht, dass einem gut geht. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben und Schlafcouch war auch sehr gemütlich also ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafcouch war für meine Familie und ich ausreichend.

Cons:

Im Allgemeinen verstehe ich es nicht warum es erlaubt wird, dass die Menschen mit eigenen Kleidern ins Schwimmbad gehen, aus hygienischen Gründen hat es mir nicht gefallen und als ich mehrere Menschen sah dass ohne Schwimmkleider ins Schwimmbad gekommen sind, bin ich rausgekommen.
