8.4
Generally very positive: many mentions of friendly, helpful staff (Marla, Sean/Shawn and others) and exceptional front-desk service in several reviews, with a small number of negative front-desk interactions noted.

Frequently praised as convenient to downtown, expressway and the beach; one guest said the walk to the beach was farther/less safe than advertised.
Room Quality

Rooms are repeatedly described as comfortable and clean with good beds and desirable amenities (Dove products noted), supporting an above-average room quality rating.
Amenities

Good amenities for families (pool, hot tub) praised, but issues raised about the pool area feeling dark/unsafe and mold in the hot tub lower the score.
