Staff is good, hotel was clean but old. Bed sheets and pillows were terrible. Thin scratchy sheets and flat pillows.

Pros:

Great shower. Handy kitchenette. Warm comforter and great pillows. A pull-out couch (uncomfortable) and chairs for the table and sitting, a real desk chair and lamp with easily accessible outlets for chargers.⁸

Coffee pods--horrid flavor
Placement of handsoap dispenser in bathroom
Curtains didn't close completely.
Terrible TV choices; no channel guide; no movie channels

Need better working key cards and communication with sites that allow booking for you.. especially with a way to check c

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Keycards didn’t work half the time, or at all. Lady at the desk seemed rude and irritated when I had proof of purchase for my stay, and was rude about it the situation.
