The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were good. The staff members we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the highway and the Armstrong Museum, restaurants and not too far from downtown. The only slightly negative thing was the pool was cold, so a warmer pool water temperature would have been appreciated. We still enjoyed some time in the pool though. The gym was small but met our needs.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. We were very pleased and will be reserving another stay next year on our yearly vacation up north. Also, very grateful for the reasonable price charged for our little dog. We have stayed at places that charge unreasonable prices for a pet.

Overall experience was simple and easy. If there was a simple way to elevate the experience it would be updating the breakfast cutlery. If you were to use glass plates, silverware instead of plastic forks, cups etc. it would help the overall experience feel elevated for the guests.
