Horrific
Pros:

Absolutely nothing when we arrive. The room in the hotel looks nothing like the advertise photos got into the room. We could barely get the door open. We had to use excessive force as we looked at the bed. There were literally stains all over the bedding. It looks like the room was not cleaned at all so me and my husband stepped outside to sit in the car and discuss if we wanted to leave or not, but it was already past midnight and hard to find a room in the area and we both were very tired so we figured we would cut the TV on watch some TV and until we fall asleep. When we went back into the room and sat at the table, we could hear people talking as if they were standing in the room with us so he peeled back the blinds just to see that the window was completely open with no screen very dangerous because the window sits low to the ground and we were on the first floor, so anyone could’ve easily access the room once we cut the TV on the screen was busted. I immediately took my phone out and made a video and went to the front desk making the front desk agent aware in his response was oh I already put it in my notes. He did not offer to fix the TV replace it or anything so just for an idea of how our night went. It was sleepless and on top of that they took my incidental fee and charged it to my card and did not refund it and will not answer the phone total scam.

Horrible, great location priced well for location but overpriced for the condition

Roaches crawling everywhere example floors, walls under sinks, refrigerator, even in toilet. Shower not clean with stains. Stains on toilet, under kitchenette sink look like it wasn't cleaned in months, kitchen cabinet was dirty with mold spot, microwave rusted and dirty so was stovetop hood. I took pictures and videos went to front the changed my room less Roaches, not as dirty but not as clean. I could feel every spring in this bed. Staff was friendly and kind. Location was where I needed to be. I didn't see people hanging everywhere, no police ever came while I was there either. It is winter though 🤔. This is truly you get what you paid for smh
