Horrible, great location priced well for location but overpriced for the condition
Pros:

Roaches crawling everywhere example floors, walls under sinks, refrigerator, even in toilet. Shower not clean with stains. Stains on toilet, under kitchenette sink look like it wasn't cleaned in months, kitchen cabinet was dirty with mold spot, microwave rusted and dirty so was stovetop hood. I took pictures and videos went to front the changed my room less Roaches, not as dirty but not as clean. I could feel every spring in this bed. Staff was friendly and kind. Location was where I needed to be. I didn't see people hanging everywhere, no police ever came while I was there either. It is winter though 🤔. This is truly you get what you paid for smh

It was a very good place to stay and if you are traveling and have forgotten any essential item, there is a store in the lobby of the hotel itself and you can buy from it. This is a good facilities

Good price but not worth the money you save by staying there

Free parking and having a waffle house nearby was nice

Cons:

Absolutely filthy floors in the room, i couldnt walk in there barefoot. light in bathroom didnt work,bathroom door didnt close. Smelled musty, large rats around the hotel one climbed over my shoe, trash piled around the dumpster, people smoking marijuana in the parking lot.

Extremely disappointed... Unkept rooms, roaches in both the elevator and room, unclean foil covered hot plate, non operating television remote, no telephone in the room and excessive loitering out front and in the hallways... Very unsafe feeling
