All was well. Clean. Adequate space. Lots of hot water and a rain shower. Wish it had some drawers so we could unpack and feel more at home.

Les personnes à l'accueil sont sympathiques, efficaces, font l'effort de parler français et sont de bon conseil. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Des gentilles attentions, bonbons, chocolats, produits offerts, produits de soin de bonne qualité dans une très jolie salle de bains. Grande armoire triple très pratique.

Easy access to the Interlaken west station and almost everything was easy to access

お部屋はおしゃれで快適な滞在でした。バルコニーで山を見ながらご飯を食べられました。朝ご飯も美味しく、コーヒーマシンでいろんな飲み物を選べたのも良かったです。また 部屋にエアコンがついており(三菱電機2023年製)、自分で涼しさを調整できたのがありがたかったです。

Cons:

許容範囲内でしたが、駅からは多少離れています。ウェスト駅は徒歩10分かからず、オスト駅は20分弱歩いて行くか、5分ほど歩いてバス停に行ってそこから5分バスに乗るか、と言ったところです。シーニゲプラッテ行き電車に乗れるウィルダースウィル駅に、近くのバス停から直接行けるというメリットはあります。
