Me gustó todo del hotel, el personal super amable, pudimos hacer check in antes de la hora lo cual fue extraordinario, el hotel super limpio, ordenado, el desayuno es muy bueno y rico, la piscina temperada excepcional y cerca de todo, sin duda volveremos a alojarnos ahí cuando volvamos a Interlaken

Pros:

Room with balcony was wonderful. Interesting heating mechanism. Clean rooms. Stayed for 3 nights.

Pre-paid way too early and apparently quadruple room occupancy was not processed correctly and ended up extra occupancy payments. This lead us to almost $500/night; and it would have been $350/night for all occupants; if paid a day before or same day. $500/night is not worth it.

Perfect Hotel in Interlaken
Pros:

The room was excellent, very well organized with a large terrace with views to the mountains. The staff was very collaborative in all areas. The main reception staff was very welcoming and the breakfast provided was great and it had many options. Excellent choice.

Great place to stay in Interlaken!
Pros:

Staying at Stella was so comfortable and easy, would definitely recommend! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, healthy, and filling, the perfect start to a day full of adventuring. The room was clean, spacious, and great value for the cost of our 2 night stay, and we LOVED the view outside our window. It was super conveniently located to both main train stations in the area, as well as many shops and restaurants.
