Pros:

L'accueil chaleureux de la personne à l'arrivée, qui a fait l'effort de nous parler en français, est venu chercher nos valises à la voiture et a rempli lui-même les papiers d'enregistrement.
Le calme de l'hôtel et sa proximité avec le centre-ville.
La place de parking gratuite, devant l'hôtel.
Le petit-déjeuner, tout à fait correct et varié.
La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain.

Cons:

Des prises USB seraient les bienvenues pour recharger nos divers appareils, mais ça n'est qu'un détail.

星のようにキラキラしたホテル！
Pros:

Interlaken West駅からほぼ真っ直ぐで徒歩7分という好立地さや、フロントの方も気さくでとても優しくお話ししてくださいました！他の清掃員の方や朝食を用意してくださってる方もみなさん笑顔で対応してくださってとても気分が良かったです！チェックイン時から毎日の清掃が終わった後にお菓子を置いてくださっててとても嬉しかったし、美味しかったです！また、私は女性で身長があまり高くないためお風呂のオールインワンジェル(?)が高い位置に設置されていて使うのに一苦労でした。しかし、それに気がついてくださったのか、清掃員の方が位置を下の方に設置し直してくれてとても使いやすくなりました！正直、ヨーロッパのホテルでましてやアジア人の女性1人のためにここまでしてくれるホテルなんてないだろうと考えていたのでとても驚いて感動しました。お部屋も十分な広さで最高でした！また、スイスに来た時には絶対にここに泊まります！！他の日本人の方(ファミリーでも一人旅の方でも！)絶対におすすめします。

Pros:

Good breakfast, very warm house in winter, can see beautiful mountains everyday just in front of the hotel, welcoming staff, multiple chargers options.

Cons:

Nothings else, single room is a bit small but enough for 1 person.
