Always a pleasure.
Pros:

The Stella has been my base in Interlaken for many years now and it remains as consistent as ever.

Great location and a lovely garden to sit back and relax in.

My single room has everything needed including a great shower, an electronic safe and air conditioning plus a super balcony with great views.

Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended.

فندق جميل بما تعنيه الكلمه والعاملين فيه محترمين و متعاونين و ودودين جداً جداً ، انا كنت حاجز في ثون وماجازلي الحجز وطلعت وجيت للفندق هذا وتوفقت فيه الحمدلله.
اول شي تسجيل الدخول الساعه 3 حسب السياسه وصلتهم الساعة 11 الصباح ودخلوني علطول وقالوا سوينا لك ترقية للحجز و اعطوني غرفة كبيره و شرحه فيها اطلاله وبالكونة مستقلة مطلة على الجبال وكانت جميله جداً ..
الموظفين متعاونين جداً ساعدوني بالشناط الى الغرفة اول ماوصلت وبرضوا اول ماطلعت وصلوها لي للسيارة . متعاونين وخدومين ولطيفين . الفندق بعد الساعه 11 الاستقبال ينتهي دوامهم ويصير الدخول ذاتي بالبطاقة ، انا حريص ارجع الفندق قبل الغروب اللي هو الساعه 9:30 بالليل .
المواقف متاحة قدام الفندق 7 مواقف وبالخلف 6 مواقف يعني متوفرة .
الفندق يبعد عن السنتر 4 دقايق مشي بالضبط ..
الفندق يبعد عن السوبر ماركت و الكافيهات 5 الى 7 دقايق مشي ..
يبعد عن النهر تقريباً 10 الى 15 دقيقه مشي ..
توفقت فيه الحمدلله واكرر زيارتي له بكل تاكيد
موفرين الة الشاهي والموية بالغرفة وبرضوا فيه كورنر قهوة بالاستقبال متاح من الصباح الى الساعة 5 المساء
الفطور للامانه ماجربته لان كنت انزل افطر بالكافيهات
الغرف فيها مكيفات
راح اكرر الزياره باذن الله فيه

Impressive Stay

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your wonderful team for the lovely stay we had with you in Interlaken.

From the very moment we walked in, Nick at reception welcomed us by name -- as if he had been waiting for us all along. That single gesture set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable visit.

The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a spectacular view from a generously sized balcony. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully spread. Even though our stay was just one night, you made us feel completely at home.

A special thank you to Nick -- please do pass on our warmest appreciation to him. We've also shared our experience on TripAdvisor so others can discover the warmth your team brings to every guest.

Location, view from the Balcony was amazing.

Cons:

There were not that many options for the vegetarian people on breakfast. Not any hot cooked veggie meals, so we just had to rely on toast, yoghurt, fruits and tomatoes.
