Super stay in sylt. Ask for a room on second or third floor
Pros:

The open layout, the suite we finally ended up in (staff found us a good alternative after we really didn’t like the first one) was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

We were surprised about the initial suite we were put in. It was half below ground. For that price that didn’t seem right. Also - while it is mentioned in the fine print when you book - it wasn’t really prominent so we were super taken aback

Wunderbares Hotel mit Sylt-Flair
Pros:

Essen hervorragend, Zimmer schön, Strand und Innenstadt um die Ecke, Personal enorm zuvorkommend. Wir fühlen uns immer wie zu Hause und kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

Wir sind das 3. Mal im Dorint Hotel und das Personal ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer gefällt uns und beim Frühstück ist auch für jeden was dabei.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Restaurant mit dem Morgenbuffet, die Speisekarte abends - und das nette Personal im Restaurant! Auch die Ausgangslage ist ideal für Strandspaziergänge oder Ausflüge!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen - und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht mehr überein! Das Zimmer wird nur alle 2 Tage gemacht, es gibt für 4 Uebernachtungen nur 1 kleines Fläschchen Wasser, die Bettbezüge passen nicht - und das Personal an der Reception ist nicht kompetent!

Das Personal war wirklich super freundlich und alles sehr entspannt! Frühstück war richtig toll, auch das es bis 11:30 geht. Dadurch kann man sehr gemütlich in den Tag starten. Das Spielangebot mit Katrin für Kinder zur Frühstückszeit ist auch super! Abendessen war lecker. Sehr geräumige Appartements. Brausepulverbonbons an der Rezeption! Sehr hundefreundlich ...

Cons:

Whirlpool im Pool war defekt. Appartements etwas hellhörig und Glasplatte zum Souterrain hatte einen Sprung - ist bestimmt trotzdem alles sicher aber man fühlt sich nicht wohl beim rauftreten oder draufsitzen ...

Hervorragendes Hotel an toller Lage und super Service
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an den Dünen und trotzdem nahe am Zentrum, sehr schöne Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal, grossartiges Frühstück, wir kommen sicherlich wieder

Cons:

Spa etwas klein und im Untergeschoss (kein schöner Blick), eher hochpreisig (zumindest in der Hauptsaison)

Fint hotell med bra rum för barnfamiljer. Fint mottagande av barn. Perfekt poolområde när vädret ute inte är bra. Bra mottagande i restaurangen.

Cons:

Otroligt dåligt att hålla restaurangen stängd i två dagar i veckan under högsäsong. Städningen av rummet skedde alldeles för sent under dagen. Man kunde absolut inte kaffe, visste inte vad en cappuccino va och serverade bara maskinkaffe med dålig pulvermjölk. Ligger lite off med avstånd till annat runt omkring.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, faciliteter og morgenmad. Værelserne var rummelige med flotte badeværelser.

Cons:

En kvindelig medarbejder ved morgenbuffeten havde en dårlig attitude dagligt - det gav en dæmper på vores oplevelse desværre. Alt fra rengøringspersonale, receptionister og aftenrestaurenten var ekseptionel søde og servicemindet.
Puderne var ekstremt dårlige.
