Ausgesprochen nettes Personal, jederzeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und "Dinge möglich machend"! War bereits unser 2. Aufenthalt hier, weil wir uns einfach rundum wohl fühlen.

Es war mit Sicherheit ein tolles Hotel. Aber es ist in die Jahre gekommen und gehört saniert. Das Zimmer wird nur jeden 2. Tag gereinigt wegen Sparmaßnahmen.. es handelt sich um ein 4 Stern+Hotel. Als wir angekommen sind konnten wir für die nächsten 4 Tage keine Massage oder Kosmetika Wendung bestellen, denn alles war ausgebucht. Bei der Abreise hab ich es heute angesprochen.. Antwort: dann müssen sie es schon im Vorhinein buchen… steht aber nirgends, dass man das tun soll… wir haben drei Nächte gebucht.. einmal war wer Zimmer reinigen…. Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht mehr… das Frühstück war gut und das Personal beim Frühstück sehr nett.

Perfekt oplevelse
Pros:

Herligt ophold i et par nætter med min kone og datter på 16 år. Vi nød alle opholdet. Personalet er venlige og imødekomme. Der er en fin restaurant med fantastisk dejlig morgenmad. Vi spiste begge aftener og nød det begge gange.
Spa'en har alt hvad man kan forvente med pool, dampbad, sauna, hvileområde, mv.
Stranden ligger lige bag hotellet og byens gågade er i gå-afstand - vel cirka 5-10 minutters gang fra hotellet.

Vi kan sagtens finde på at komme igen på en forkænget weekend eller en kort sommeeferie.

Der var problemer med kort terminalen; men det forsinkede ikke udtjekning. Regning eftersendes.

Schönes großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes SPA/Sauna, gutes Restaurant, gute Lage.
Schade war nur, dass die vielfältigen Massage-Anwendungen, die beworben wurden, wg Urlaub nicht nutzbar waren und weder im Vorfeld der Buchung noch bei Ankunft darauf hingewiesen wurde, sondern erst auf Nachfrage.
