Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Hotel could do with some maintenance, especially around the pool and the pool itself with broken tiles falling off. They were setting up for a function while we were there and nobody was allowed to use the pool or area around there. Would have been nice for them to let guests know who were checking in. No milk in bar fridge to make tea or coffee, even when we asked for milk to add to our tea when we ordered on the patio, it was almost unheard of

Fantástica estancia en Maputo
Pros:

Fantástico hotel en el área de las embajadas de Maputo. Es una zona muy segura, el hotel está muy limpio, tiene gimnasio, spa y el personal es muy rápido y atento. El área de la piscina es preciosa. La habitación me pareció comodísima, con balcón y vistas al mar. No probé el desayuno

Cons:

Por decir algo, algunos platos un poco caros para la cantidad que ofrecen pero en general muy bien

İlk gece en az 5 defa yangın alarmı çaldı. Yanlis alarm dediler.Giriş işlemleri 3 defa değişti. Aldığım oda değil başka oda verdiler. Söylenerek değiştirttim. Banyoda sıcak su ayarı yapılamıyor. Su bir soğuyor bir ısınıyor. Ayarı tutmuyor.yazili teyit varken havalimaninda karşılama yapmadılar. Odayida beğenmedim.

The overall stay was decent. The staff were polite and helpful, and the food was good. The hotel itself was clean in general and the atmosphere was comfortable.

Cons:

The furniture feels quite outdated and could use a refresh. Also, while the room was generally clean, there were visible stains in the bathroom and around the room that looked like they could have been cleaned with a bit more attention. This affected the overall impression more than expected.

Overall, an okay stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
