super fun nice bar and restaurant down stairs and staff where super nice.
Pros:

fit me and my friends perfectly, the rooms are very nice looking.

Pros:

Cute and cosy, presented well.

Cons:

Sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable than the bed. One of the bedrooms you couldn’t shut the double doors as it hit the bed. Had to physically move the bed to shut the doors.

The way the quilt is just in between two sheets with no quilt cover, it feels dirty always touching the quilt itself. Also the bed sheet was not long enough to cover the whole bed which was very weird

Well appointed, great city access
Pros:

24 hour Reception, greeted in a friendly manner, request for a carpark was noted and ready on arrival,
room was very clean and well appointed, great location for getting access to Rundle Mall, awesome little cafe on the ground floor

Happy to stay again.
Pros:

Felt larger than it was and the balcony onto the square made a huge difference. The location was perfect.

Cons:

The elevators were being upgraded.

The lifts were super slow. Breakfast was good but lots of things were running out and not all staff were helpful

Location of the property was great.

Cons:

There was a foul smell in the car park. After my car being there for 2 days, the smell has permeated my upholstery. Now have to get the car detailed to remove the smell.

Good location

Cons:

No servicing during Easter which wasn’t told on check in, only realised when we saw a note in the room could claim back 10 bucks a day for non servicing on restaurant which wasn’t open and we had already paid for breakfast, but couldn’t get a day free parking equivalent to half the credit. Understaffed during the holiday period got yelled at by the chef twice and staff. Corridors smelt like cigarettes at all times.
