Lovely staff, very comfortable bed and fantastic food at the breakfast buffet.
Pros:

pillows, comfortable bed, size of room, poster on the wall opposite reception desk, balcony, breakfast

Cons:

spooky vibe when getting out of lift on the first floor
noise from high rise carpark and street opposite the window in the room
Basement parking was an awesome challenge

Pros:

Eigenlijk alles, de kamer, het personeel wat vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Daarnaast zit het hotel op een goede locatie, in principe is er heel veel op loopafstand.

Cons:

Niets eigenlijk, het enige waren de liften waar je wat langer op moest wachten. Maar dat woog niet op tegen de paar fantastische dagen dat wij daar waren.

I made a request for a quieter room at the time of booking (I'm a horribly light sleeper), I was provided with a room right above where rubbish truck empties the metal bins with loud noises at 4:30am. Staff moved me reluctantly to 2 floors up but at the exact same position ie emptying metal rubbish bins at 4:30am everyday throughout my stay. I could hardly focus at work as it's an important business trip. My worst hotel stay ever!!!

Good location and comfortable bed, but poor kitchen, natural light and dining furniture.

Good location, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Room lacked decent natural light. The table and chair were bar height and not comfortable for me. The kitchen was poorly provisioned and the exhaust fan non functional.
