Unbeatable location, great breakfast, easy parking, generous sized rooms.
Pros:

Great location right in the heart of the city. Generous sized rooms. Square facing rooms have good sized balconies. Excellent staff, friendly and efficient. Very happy with breakfast offering - above par. Parking is easy in building next door at a reasonable daily rate. Rooms equipped with a microwave. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

A shaving mirror and a full length dressing mirror would have been nice but certainly not a deal breaker!

A gem in the city.
Pros:

Great location, large rooms, very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast included in the rate. Happy with secure and undercover parking. Extra charge but worth it. Close to Rundle Mall shopping strip and Rundle St East dining. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Everything is done by barcode. For the more mature technically challenged, some hard copy would be appreciated.

No-frills stay with a hostel-feel.
Pros:

-very comfortable beds and pillows
-great location

Cons:

-Dated and old
-Rain rushed through balcony window at night causing noise and excess water in room
-Foyer/reception and other areas within the entrance look and feel hostel-like
-price does not reflect experience, Adelaide has over hotels at cheaper rates.
-skipped the inclusive breakfast as the eating area did not look appealing

Pros:

Great location within walking distance to trams and buses
Room was spacious for 2 adults, 2 kids. It was clean with fresh towels daily.
Bed was comfy, small kitchen to prepare meals.
We got breakfast included which was easy, a buffet with plenty of choice.

Cons:

Honestly I cant think of anything right now.

Pros:

Been to Mantra Hindmarsh a few times over the last 15 years. 2 Bedroom unit was clean and very comfortable and staff were good. I really enjoyed the breakfast; it set me up for the long drive home.

I would never stay here again!!!
Pros:

Location was great!

Cons:

Rude staff, restaurant food terrible, daily housekeeping not done and left in a mess. Aircon would only work if you left the kitchen light on all night. Taps in the bathroom were incorrectly labeled.
