Wonderful Place for a Conference
Pros:

I attended a conference organized by my employer. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive to my needs & my family. The hotel is in a great location, and we enjoyed the views of the St. Johns River. The hotel lobby and hallways always had a wonderful smell.

Great Customer Service - Thank you Jorge!!!
Pros:

The customer service was absolutely outstanding! We decided to visit the restaurant inside the hotel, and Jorge truly went above and beyond for us. Even though breakfast service had already ended, he took the initiative to speak with the chef and made sure we still had a wonderful breakfast experience.

Jorge was incredibly warm, gracious, and attentive. He made us feel like we were the most important VIP guests in the entire hotel! It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares so much about making guests feel welcome and valued.

His exceptional service made a lasting impression on us, and it’s one of the reasons we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, Jorge, for your kindness and hospitality. Five stars all the way!

Nice Base Camp for Jazz Festival!
Pros:

Went for the Jazz Festival, and could not hope for a more convenient place to act as Base Camp! It seemed a bit understaffed at the bars-restaurants for the amount of guests, but overall a very nice room with beautiful facilities. Would stay again!

No complaints. I would recommend this location to family and friends.
Pros:

View for the Jazz Fest was beautiful. I did not purchase breakfast there. The room was good and comfy. Housekeeping was friendly and on time everyday.

Cons:

I did not like, not knowing there is a $34 charge for self-parking. I don't remember seeing that mention on Booking.com. However, it is displayed on the hotel website.

A Great Stay for the Jacksonville Jazz Festival

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for Jacksonville Jazz Festival this weekend, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was just a few steps away from the venue, Ford on Bay, and my room was facing the riverfront. The staff were all very polite and attentive, but one person stood out who went well above and beyond my expectations: Yancy, the Front Desk host. He was attentive and very knowedgeable about all things Hyatt. He is a true and rare gem! He was very kind, personable, listended attentively, and answered all of my questions with no issues. He worked hard for us this weekend with a smile and sweet demeanor. That man deserves a raise! This is was my fifth year attending the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, and I will certainly book this property again next year.

Room was dated and bathroom floor was very sticky.
When parking in the parking garage, you end up in the 1st floor with no guidance to the front desk to check in, which is down the elevator to ground floor.
