Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Wonderful stay. Kyle at the front desk was very welcoming and made sure I was 100% comfortable. My view from my room was incredible and my room was spotless.

Great location
Pros:

The property has an excellent location and beautiful views. However, the overall experience was impacted by the staff, who came across as mostly unfriendly and not particularly welcoming. In addition, the hotel could benefit from noticeable improvements in service and general upkeep to better match the quality of its setting.

Waterfront Hotel, Excellent Hospitality
Pros:

Terrific location on the water with easy access to a riverfront walking trail and a few local restaurants should the traveler decide not to eat in one of the hotel establishments. An attentive front desk clerk got me squared away quickly and the cookie and refreshing drink were a welcome treat after travel. My room was spacious and clean and if I return to the area, I'd return to the hotel.

Pros:

Beautiful decor, comfort bedding, and a spacious room. Several choices for dining and located on the river with nearby opportunities to visit made this a great stay .

The location is perfect. Right by downtown Jacksonville riverfront.

Cons:

The water is incredibly bad. So bad to the point where I only showered twice in a week long Florida heat trip and washed my face with bottled water. The only reason I’m writing this review is because of the smelly water in the hotel. They need to investigate and if needed invest in a water treatment system. Smells like sewage water.

Pros:

I selected this hotel because of the location to the Jacksonville Jazz Festival. The location was perfect...a short walk to the Festival.

Cons:

There were 2 elevators out of order. With the large number of people at the hotel and moving about at the same time (before and after the Festival) this made for serious congestion and delays. Also, the cost to park is ridiculous.
