Pros:

Been a lifelong member of Hampton Inn and Hampton brand. I decided I wanted “better” and closer for walking to venues on the other side of St. Johns River and I made the right choice! For a little extra money I upgraded to a river view. Had no idea that I would be rewarded with 24/7 snack bar and a restaurant onsite! ADDITIONALLY the next morning I was treated to a dolphin show!!
So many positives that Hampton Inn has never had! Never moved my vehicle because everything I needed was within 20 minutes of the hotel.

Cons:

Clearer instructions to pay for parking garage and clearer instructions to leave parking garage.

Beautiful location on the. river!
Pros:

View of St. John River incredible and we were on a top floor. Gorgeous, nice large, clean room. Loved having a restaurant downstairs as well as a grab and go convenience store and sourvenir shop. Liked valet parking also.

Pros:

The hotel was so beautiful! From the time that I arrived the valet was so friendly and helpful. Guest services was also very friendly and check in was a breeze. This hotel has a Mortons Steakhouse and a large store for purchasing water, snacks etc. The rooms I booked for my family was very clean and accommodating. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Pros:

The hotel was really nice, the views were great. Nice workout room and pool was on the roof. Restaurants on site. Valet $44 and self parking $34.

I will never stay at this hotel again

I showered with a giant roach. It was disgusting! I ordered pool service and waited almost 30 minutes for a beer and then got charged like $8 deliver service. There is no disclosure for the delivery charge. I was pissed. The overall experience at your hotel was not good.

I recently had gone to this hotel for a convention. The location is exotic. The staff is extremely helpful. The rooms are big and the river view from the hotel is simply beautiful.

The rooms extremely outdated for the price. No fitted sheet on the beds , mattress was extremely old and stained yellow like it was in a smokers room. For 300$ a night was definitely expecting it to not look like a best western
