Rooms are Marriot, that's the only reason I stayed.
Pros:

The rooms have been remodeled into Marriot rooms. Eventually this hotel will become a Marriot property, which is essentially the only bonus.

Cons:

The older front desk staff woman (long bownish/reddish hair with bangs) and tattoos over the front of her neck was extremely rude. I arrived around 2:30 pm to check-in and she looked at me like I was bothering her. Not even a hello. I asked for a 2nd room key and she acted like it was a complete inconvenience. Not someone you want working there when in officially becomes a Marriot. Breakfast looked pretty terrible...didn't even attempt.

The room had a very bad smell, so I asked the reception for an exchange. However, I was unsuccessful because the room was fully booked. I don’t have any shampoos, conditioners, soap etc in the room, and I have to go to the reception to get one

No complaints.
Pros:

Every staff member I encountered during my stay were very nice and helpful. The young male receptionist I spoke with, I can’t remember his name (so sorry) but he was awesome. Good to chat with and just overall very friendly. Even though they are reconstructing, there were no disturbances. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. I will almost always choose to stay here when I travel back.
