Checked in and out in 5 min that should say it all.
Pros:

They refunded our money with out any problems.

Cons:

The Room Smelled, The window so dirty you couldn't see out of it. We stayed for 2 min and checked out. The hotel was a construction zone. Worst hotel I ever tried to stay at. Should be closed while under construction. IMO.

ROOM VERY COMFORTABLE, GOOD BREAKFAST BUFFET.

Cons:

MOTEL GOING THROUGH RENOVATION AND FINDING THE TEMPORARY CHECK-IN DESK WAS CHALLENGING ALTHOUGH TEMPORARY SIGNS WERE IN PLACE. TV REMOTE WAS DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE. ROOM HVAC WAS DIFFICULT TO INITIALLY SET AS I TRIED TO WORK THE CONTROLS ON THE UNIT ITSELF. I LATER DISCOVERED THE THERMOSTAT ON THE WALL THAT DID CONTROL THE UNIT. THE ROOM HAD NO WAY TO CONTACT THE DESK VIA THE ROOM PHONE. i WAS NOT INFORMED WHEN I BOOKED THE ROOM THAT THERE WOULD BE A $50.00 CHARGE IF THE ROOM WAS LEFT IN A MESS. I WAS INFORMED THE ROOM WOULD BE INSPECTED AFTER I CHECKED OUT, AND THE DEPOSIT WOULD BE REIMBURSED TO MY ACCOUNT IF THE CONDITION I LEFT THE ROOM IN WAS ACCEPTABLE. TO ME, THAT WAS NEARLY INSULTING.

Breakfast, pool, room

Cons:

Had to wait 30 min freezing after swimming for someone to bring conditioner to me. I had to ask 2x before the guy came up. Also the house keeper walked in our room on check out morning. I said we would leave at 12 in the check out email. I went to get breakfast and she walked in the room. Scared my 16 year old. AND the windows were covered. We couldn't look out. Would have been nice to know that when I was booking the room.

Pros:

Pool and hot tub was really good. I enjoyed to distress myself in the water. Room is spacious and clean.

Cons:

A bit hard to find. The location of the hotel is a bit hidden.

the renovation has the hotel dirty and the breakfast was filthy with food everywhere amd bugs/gnats everywhere

Cons:

the pool area has tiles ready to fall on guests and the open wiring showing in the hall tiles are unacceptable

Good place to rest during a trip
Pros:

Although the hotel is currently under renovation, overall it did not interfere with having a good rest during our trip. The breakfast was standard but fine. The room was large and comfortable, and everything was clean. It was a good place to stop and rest while traveling.
