Pros:

I liked the free breakfast, it was all hot and tasted good, nothing looked sketchy or stale. I loved the hot tub and pool, and that it was open all night, we stayed up until probably 2am swimming.

Pros:

The rooms were great.
Beds were very comfortable.
The building was very clean and well maintained.
The continental breakfast would be hard to beat!
The staff was accommodating when we asked for a place to play family bingo.

Cons:

The inconvenience came in the morning, when our family wanted to use the pool and sauna. They were both down for maintenance for over two hours, when we were told it would be thirty minutes. I don't understand why maintenance can not be done in the middle of the night or early morning, when usage is lowest.

I went to ask the person at the front desk. How much longer it would be. He was rude and cut me off mid sentence three times.

The biggest attractions for our family of 8 to vacation here was that the pool in sauna were open for twenty four hours, and they had checkout at twelve. It's wonderful that we did not have to get up, get ready, and get ready to leave. The kids could enjoy the pool after breakfast and burn off some energy before we had to leave.

We will return because this hotel really is top notch, and I hope that this experience what's just an odd one.
