Got to the hotel only to be told they canceled my room due to a maintenance issue. Said since I went through a third party they supposedly didn’t have any of my information to call and let me know.

Exceptional.
Pros:

The staff was so kind. The pool was clean and fun. The rooms were comfortable and nice.

Cons:

There were a few things maintenance and housekeeping missed in the room. That said, the staff handled it well.
