Las camas eran cómodas, la limpieza de la habitación

Cons:

El trato al check-in reservamos una cama de matrimonio (me imagino que como en la mayoría de hoteles esta sujeto a disponibilidad no lo se…) pero bueno las formas al check in no fueron las ideales y nos dijeron que nos tenían que dar una habitación con dos camas si o si cosa que dudo con la tarifa (baja para lo que es ese hotel y siendo fin de semana). Y que diésemos gracias de que la habitación no fuese comunicada. Muy decepcionante el trato

No tiene sello NH necesita mejorar

Pieza excelente, personal de recepción muy amable

Cons:

Mala limpieza, dejaron paños sucios en la pieza y basura, el desayuno muy malo, tres máquinas de café y hoy las estaban limpiando todas a las 9:50 am, el desayuno es hasta las 10:30, no ofrecían café, nos sentaban en un espacio pequeño por que tenían evento en la hora de almuerzo, el personal de desayuno muy poco amables y flojos. Hace muchos años que elegimos los NH por sus desayunos y limpieza y este fue una excepción a la regla !!!! La gente de la recepción muy amable y el restaurante excelente.

Fuera del bullicio del centro histórico
Pros:

Parking con disposición de plazas amplias, acceso desde el hotel a precio especial. Cama excepcional en tamaño y confort. Amplitud de la habitación doble superior. Amabilidad del personal.
