Very pleasant.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the staff is always very friendly, attentive, and polite. Breakfast is very good with a variety of entries. Coffee was good.

Pros:

Det var ett ok boende som låg bra. Frukosten var ganska bra och ett bra utbud. Prisvärt förnyad man fick och personalen var trevlig. Sängarna var mycket sköna och jag sov riktigt gott i dem.

Cons:

Överlag var boendet ganska slitet. ACn på rummet lät extremt högt när den jobbade för att nå sin temperatur. Den gick igång några av nätterna och det lät alldeles för mycket. Det var också en del spring i korridorerna och det lät rätt in i rummet vilket också störde en del när man skulle somna.

Péssimo tratamento e preconceituoso com o cliente

A acomodação é muito boa, mas fui pessimamente atendida pela funcionário durante o checkin.

Cons:

A funcionária que estava no checkin (por volta das 23:00hs) me tratou muito mal, inclusive com um certo preconceito pelo fato de minha família ser latina (brasileira). Nos deixou esperando por quase uma hora dizendo que não encontrava a minha reserva e que não poderia nos ajudar em nada. Pedia para que eu ligasse para o Booking. Não fez nenhum gesto de gentileza ou procurou nos ajudar. Finalmente, com muita má vontade, procurou a minha reserva usando meu segundo nome, e aí conseguiu achá-la. A funcionária nem nos pediu desculpas pelo seu próprio erro. Me senti muito mal tratada, com preconceito. Nunca mais voltarei a este hotel!
