Good nights rest but a better room than i had might be best
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, best night sleep in years!!

Cons:

Nosy a/c, shower water output in room 323 went out about 1 foot. Disabled bench is at back of shower. How is that supposed to work?

This was our second multi-night stay at this hotel and we plan to come again in the future.
Pros:

Pool area, room size, above average soundproofing for other rooms, cookies in the evening at front desk, generally clean and well-maintained building and gruonds. the desk clerk manager was EXCELLENT -- she really knows her technical stuff about the hotel and radiated a suprerlative attitude of actually caring to assist a customer statying at the hotel.

Cons:

of the 7 desk clerks spoken to only 3 really seemd to know what "hospitality" meant as a profession. the other 4 gave an air of irritation over our questions and concerns. the fitness room didn't have enough towels for all 5 days of our stay.

Pros:

Well maintained hotel and landscape. Cleanliness of rooms, hallways, main floor. The breakfast area was welcoming. Smelled good. Friendly customer service. Accommodating early Check in. No noise while sleeping. Bed comfortable. A very restful night sleep. Plan on staying here again!
