Pros:

They serve great breakfast. Location is also good. Facilities and room are clean.

Cons:

There was power outage when we came for check in and I guess they don't have generator. The staff mentioned that its like city rotation check, not sure about the term. Power outage was from 9pm to 4am. They provided a small light stick though. How will they compensate for the inconvenience? They will still need to discuss and give us feedback next week.

Nice hotel but can improve the small details that are trivial in other hotels on the same level.
Pros:

Rooms are big and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't provide some items that seems trivial like safe deposit box in the room, shower cap for women & garbage can in the bathroom. Front desk team could be more friendly. The fact that they don't clean the room everyday was a bad surprise. Also, breakfast could be better.
