Pros:

Hotel davvero molto pulito, attenzione al cliente top, personale molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Camera e bagno ampi e ben strutturato. Colazione a buffet con casta scelta tra dolce e salato con continuo rifornimento dei prodotti in esaurimento. Consigliatissimo anche il ristorante presente nell' hotel, prezzi molto convenienti, cibo ben sopra le aspettative e servizio fantastico

Pros:

The room was clean and of an excellent size. Breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from (although I would have loved to have Greek natural yoghurt on the menu).

The room I was in was a bit smelly, don't know why.

Hotel molto pulito, personale cordiale, ottima coalizione sia dolce che salata, posizione ottima, stazione metro appena attraversata la strada Marques de Pombal. Direi un 4 stelle veramente eccezionale.
