Ein Hotel, in das ich immer wieder gerne komme.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer schön. Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Die Terrasse war traumhaft. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Frühstücksraum war eine sehr nette Bedienung.

Medium hotel, met schone kamer en ontbijt

Locatie is prima, relatief dicht bij metrostation, supermarkt en restaurants

Cons:

Moeilijke check in en uit, met een absurde security deposit regeling. Ondanks dat de betaling al afgeschreven was voorafgaande aan het verblijf, werd nog een aanvullende security deposit van 100 euro verlangd. Omdat de digitale betalign niet bleek te werken werken in het hotel, moest het cash. Vervolgens werd er geen reciept afgegeven voor het bedrag, pas na veel discussie en een gesprek met de manager. Bij het vertrek idem dito, er werd heel moeilijk gedaan over het teruggegeven van de security deposit. De indruk werd gewekt dat het hier gaat om een verdienmodel.

Warm and welcoming hotel
Pros:

Lovely warm welcome, with free cake and welcome cocktail! Room was a decent size with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. Easy walking distance to the metro.

Mooi hotel met functionele inrichting in uitgekiend modern design. Het hotel was schoon en rustig. Het personeel professioneel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prima ontbijt.
