Hôtel Wallace Paris, a Member of Design Hotels

The hotel was stylish, clean and the staff were very friendly. The decor was really nice - art deco style! Very Parisian. The location was great, close to bars and restaurants - be careful of bars tricking you into paying full price for weakened down beer, they obviously saw us "tourists" coming.

Overall, the hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean and super helpful! Helped arrange transfers to and from hotel when needed. We got free cocktails on arrival as we opted to not have room
Cleaned whilst we were there for out short stay! Location was good for walking everywhere.

The room was well appointed and very clean. Sofia at the front desk, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly-she definitely added to our stay.

All of the staff we met were very professional and eager to be of assistance.

We particularly enjoyed some wine on the terrace the first night we were there.
Also, the breakfast was delicious and filling and the beds very comfortable.

We also interacted with Erica who was friendly, helpful, and quick to be of assistance.

We will look forward to another stay

Not much - we lost a whole nights sleep as loud music was blasting outside our room - the staff did nothing to help.

We were there as a group. Communication was quite difficult at first, but eventually one person took over our case. The service on site was excellent: a nice meeting room, ideal location, and nicely decorated. The drinks were good as well.

However, we would not recommend this place for dinner. The portions were small and very limited. It is not really a restaurant. If you are looking for a place to have dinner, it is better to find something nearby.

But for meetings, it is ideal.

Never stayed in 15th arr before so nice to discover a new area. Walked everywhere on Left and Right bank so location worked well. Quiet location so great sleeps. All staff very helpful and nice. Called from delayed train and they connected us with a great car service to pick us up. Used same service when left for airport. Only disappointments were the breakfast, so we went to bakery around the corner for croissants and cafe, and the bar. Imagine in warmer months the outside terrace with Eiffel Tower views would be perfect spot for pre dinner cocktail or night cap, but in December we missed that experience.

We've had a great experience staying in this hotel.

Location is what we went for and it was great. Short walking distance to Eiffel tower and loads of restaurants. Few decent parking garages near by, if coming by car.

Room had everything we needed, including the view of the top of the tower ;)
Team is really friendly and helpful. Big thanks to everyone for the hospitality.

Fantastic staff

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer schön. Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Die Terrasse war traumhaft. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Frühstücksraum war eine sehr nette Bedienung.

Locatie is prima, relatief dicht bij metrostation, supermarkt en restaurants

Excellent service and very nice hotel. Staff were all very kind and made sure I had what I needed. Good location on a quieter street.
