I didn’t stay, left after only 30 minutes.
Pros:

The lovely front desk attendant Sai was absolutely fantastic and helpful.

Cons:

Overall the rooms were dirty and the hallways had an unpleasant smell. Small and cramped for the money.

Pros:

Huge loud fights in square next door with vagrants. Very difficult to find it initially. Could use a sign on street. Staff were very helpful when we lost a key. Huge bath we had to climb over to get to shower. Rooms weren’t cleaned.

Great location for Her Majesty Theatre Shows
Pros:

Excellent location walking distance 2 minutes to her majesty theatre. Tidy and spacious. Air conditioned.

Renovations/Noise until 6pm at night.

Crap
Pros:

Room 703 was terrible. AC did not work on 40 degree day, toilet paper inadequate, coffee machine not working, no curtains for privacy

Needs refurbishment. Photos are old so it’s not quite as spic as it looks. The two bedroom was actually 2 separate apartments which was not what we expected

Why didn't they text me about the problem? Why calling is fail just text.
Luckily, Veriu saves us because Punthhill was flooded.

Cons:

The position is bad for car. Our car can not drop the luggage at the front door of the hotel. No temporary parking in a few minutes.

It smelt stale, the toilet buttons kept coming off and it was gross to see. The tiles in bathroom are mouldy and needed bleaching.
