However, convenient location and friendly staff make me willing to choose to stay at Punthill again.
Pros:

The girls and boys at the front desk are very friendly and able to provide timely help. I am very grateful to them for showing me the passion of Melbourne City.

Cons:

Although the bed sheets and covers are changed regularly. But the quilt inside has many dirty marks. It would be even better if pillows and blankets could be disinfected regularly. I have sensitive skin, the unhygienic pillows and blankets caused me to be allergic to mites, resulting in severe rashes all over my face for about 3 weeks durning my vacation there.

As said above! Lack of communication about works being had in the hotel on our floor! Maybe don’t book guests on said fl

Love that it’s close to everything we like going to

Cons:

Upon arrival we get to our floor, not only to be greeted with a very very sticky floor that completely ruined our shoes :( then have tradies working early mornings making so much noise ! then the morning of check out we have a tradie just barge through our door!!! And get told that he got told it was vacant ! Then when it was check out time we couldn’t even get out of our door due to the works being done and again a very messy floor to try and drag our suitcases through!

Super apartment hotel in Chinatown!
Pros:

Amazing staff, really friendly and helpful, nice having staff on the desk during the day as well to ask questions.
Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Chinatown, so many good food places near by and you can walk to lots of attractions.
Good spacious room, great being able to cook.

Cons:

The room was not 100% clean and was very dusty.
Could be noisy from other rooms/outside noise sometimes, but not surprising for being so central.
Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend/come back!

Great location right in China Town

Cons:

The noise from the street was very loud. The window and sliding glass door let in a lot of the noise.
The room was serviced, however our sheets were not changed in the 7 days.
Tea, coffee and milk were not replaced.
We had to ask for more toilet paper.

I didn’t stay, left after only 30 minutes.
Pros:

The lovely front desk attendant Sai was absolutely fantastic and helpful.

Cons:

Overall the rooms were dirty and the hallways had an unpleasant smell. Small and cramped for the money.
