We were not allowed to stay as we had a Peoria address
Pros:

Nothing even though we were prepaid the property refused us as we have a Peoria address We then had to stay elsewhere Manager was rude Nowhere on booking does this say that they had this policy Request a refund

We have stayed at this Stay Bridge many times. This was our worst experience to date.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. It provided many choices.

Cons:

We chose Stay Bridge because the Website said they was a pool. However, upon arriving we learned if has been closed for a year!

Pleasant with accommodating staff and understanding staff.
Pros:

The facility was clean and in a good area. Across the street from the convention center as well.

Cons:

The room I was in is an exception that the nob to flush the toilet didn’t have enough tension to properly lift the seal inside to flush the toilet, but I managed by lifting the back cover and lifting the arm it’s attacked too to do it manually. It’s a very simple fix I doubt it will be a problem by the time I return.

Very easy to find and drive to!
Pros:

I thought the property was a very nice and convenient location.

Cons:

I did not like the landscaping… plants in the window when we pulled in. I felt bad for anyone close to exit doors. The doors slammed hard if you didn’t hold them.

Pros:

We loved the staff and the room was very beautiful. Very close to the things we wanted to do while we stayed.

Cons:

I remember signing papers from times for noise but the hallway on our floor was loud all the way up til midnight. Didn't enjoy that at all.
