Other than that perfect.
Pros:

Nice clean room no pets allowed a plus for us as we suffer from allergies

Cons:

If there is one thing not to our liking was that the shampoo, conditioner and body wash setup was to close to the shower and we hit our elbows a couple of times while showering this items Should Be Opposite to the shower in Our Opinion,Thank you.

It was quite cozy, a large room, two beds and a sofa, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator, the bathroom was quite clean. I didn't really look at the shortcomings, but the price was acceptable. The breakfast was good,

We stayed here for the night on our way to Chicago; it was one of the few good hotels I’ve stayed at. I recommend this hotel.

Cons:

When I checked in, I was given a room with one bed and one sofa, even though I had booked two beds and a sofa. I went back to the front desk, and after they spent about 5–7 minutes double-checking the details, the staff member realized the mistake, apologized for the inconvenience, and gave me the room I had actually booked. It wasn't a big deal, really—they quickly rectified the situation and apologized. Everything else was fine.

Nice stop for one night
Pros:

Rooms had newer flooring and were spacious. Breakfast was good. And they had some slot machines which was fun.

Cons:

Looks like it was maybe in the middle of a management change and some remodeling. Definitely needed some updating on some things. Pool and bar were closed.

Pros:

The facility was beautiful, floors clean, of course in the lobby area! The breakfast bar was great! The front desk employees were very polite, apologized for everything that didn't work,

Cons:

The fact the pool was shut down by the health dept!, Bar shut down on a Saturday night, hairdryer didn't work, found two baby cochroaches in the bed, other than those things it was fine, it would have been nice to know the pool was down, cause I only book hotels that have operational pools! Book it.com didn't say it wasn't open. Would I stay there again? Only if those things mentioned were corrected,

It was okay due to no pool and pull out bed not being sturdy due to a support bar not being conn.
Cons:

The bed from sofa was not coming out and the one bar wasn't connected when it finally came out so the bed wasn't sturdy.

The pool was closed and the booking site didn't show that the pool was closed. After traveling 4 1/2 hours we check in and find out the pools closed and that was why we booked the hotel room at this facility.

Never stayed due to bedbugs!!! Want a refund immediately!

Immensely disliked!! Very very dissatisfied. Room had bedbugs! Immediately exited and spoke with front desk, they did not seem or act surprise. I was told the management would contact us and never called. I’ve tried to initiate a refund and was told I needed to submit pictures after I had already exited the property unfortunately I left so quickly I didn’t take pictures. I would not recommendbooking.com nor this property in my life again unless they were to provide me with a refund because this is horrible customer service.
