Pros:

Frühstück war so wie in USA üblich - nicht unbedingt mein Fall, aber so hatte ich es erwartet.
Bett ist super bequem, quietscht aber ab und zu.
Personal ist - wie gewohnt - höflich und zuvorkommend
Highlight ist der Mexikaner, den man zu Fuß erreichen kann

Cons:

Zimmerservice hat sich auf Bad beschränkt (war schon mal besser).
Fernseher war leider mit keinem meiner Geräte kompatibel.

Not the best at all. Shame as our first hotel arriving for a 2.5 week trip to USA. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Damp, room that made our clothes damp

Asked to change room but not possible
Dirty, frayed, well worn carpets in halls and room
Noisy as right next to highway and insufficient double glazed windows
Breakfast on paper plates and plastic cutlery!
We checked out 2 days earlier as 5 days would have tipped me over the edge !!

Cons:

The place is in need of upgrades. Hall carpet had worn out spots, room smelled musty and bathroom tub and toilet were filthy. Desk attendant who checked me in was very rude to me but very courteous to other guests. He waited on the customer in front of me, sat down and started texting on his cell phone and didn’t acknowledge me standing there. I had to ask for assistance to check in
